Course Curriculum Overview
I chose Electronic and communication engineering because our government can decide to make India a hub for making semiconductors for this we have great future opportunities. Our faculty are very good all of them do his/her work so efficiently and they are fully qualified all of them get doctorate degrees. And the pattern of exams is also good.
Internships Opportunities
I am in the first year so for this I do not know too much but this is an internship opportunity. Many of the students get a 4 to 6-month paid internship option. And many of the students get PPO from companies like Microsoft, Oracle, CRED, etc.
Placement Experience
My College has very good on-campus placement. The average package in my branch is 15 lakhs and the median package of 10 lakhs. This year's highest package offer is 52 lakhs. And the placement ratio is very good. All the eligible students can placed.
Fees and Financial Aid
Like all NITs, my college also had a proper fee structure but they provided some scholarships like 100% fee waivers for SC/ST/PWD students and also whose income was less than 1 lakh. For placement, my college has a proper training and placement cell that will guide me as to how to get a good package.
Campus Life
My college life is very good but the is a small problem that is my campus is small compared to other NITs my college is going to shift to a new campus which is situated in Bhita and this campus is quite big. My college has many clubs for technical and non-technical assistance and they will organize many competitions, quizzes, fests, etc.
Hostel Facilities
As I described my campus was small so there is a problem in hostel life we have fewer places in the hostel rooms but my hostel staff are so kind they will listen and take action in any problems of the students and in terms of fees it was too good compared to other colleges.
Admission
Firstly I appeared in the JEE Main exam after clearing it I went through the JoSSA consulting and finally got admission to this price institute. I also availed reservation of PWD students. A doctor of the institute can check my disability and if he finds my documents are correct then he approves me to take admission. If any documents are wrong, my admission has been canceled.
