I had taken direct admission at Roorkee College of Engineering. I opted for this college because it really strives hard to make us a successful engineer in life.
Course Curriculum Overview
They have well planned structure for each and every course be it Engineering department or any other. A well planned instruction plan is made before the commencement of classes and you really get to learn new things things like daily assignments, class assessment on regular basis are well planned which involves the live projects and helps student learn a lot.
Internships Opportunities
No, Our college does not provide any internship inside the campus. Though the students can apply for internships outside in any company or organization. The college provides a recommendation letter to the students which makes them easier to apply for an internship.
Placement Experience
The placements are very high in the college. If you have a fine knowledge of the subject, you will surely get placed.The companies like Tata Motors, Tech Mahindra and many more companies have come here for placements. The placement cell is also very good and active.
College Events
About the events, it helps the students with its full support and let them know the best in what they are off.The fest which is organized every year, namely, UTKARSH, is loveable and really amazing. UTKARSH is a mega event of RCE. Various other events are also organized by the college.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee structure is very feasible out there in RCE. If you get good marks in your semester, you are offered scholarships. RCE offers a schloraship to the meritorious students who get 75% marks in their semester without any backlog every year. The fee structure is not expensive at all.

Yes loan facilities are also available you need to talk to bank, i have not much idea about loan facility but i know yes it is there,
Campus Life
The college provides everything for students so that they can transform themselves. According to me, the gender ratio is almost equal but I have no solid facts so I don't comment on gender ratio. Lots of extracurricular activities, labs, sports, competitions, etc are organized by the college from time to time so that student can enjoy studies.
Hostel Facilities
Food is never a concern at Roorkee College of Engineering. The food caters to the needs of everyone. Hostel facilities at Roorkee College of Engineering are at par with the latest infrastructure. The hostels are equipped with Wi-fi, proper ventilation and good beds.
Alumni/Alumna
Yes, i will definitely say that seniors of RCE are very friendly and helpful for the freshesrs as well as for their juniors. As per my experience my seniors always give me proper guidance.
Exam Structure
Exam Structure is very flexible. RCE conducts two internal exams every semester followed by the external examination. Internal practicals, as well as externals practicals, are also held in every semester. Teachers give daily, weekly assignments to the students and take class tests also.
Admission
I had taken direct admission at RCE.We have the good and qualified group of faculty members to help us through studies as well as extra activities. Topic discussion is also given a specific time in classes. We also have an industrial visit by our faculty members. The admission process is very simple.
Faculty
The faculty is supporting if one is willing to learn at RCE. They teach the subjects with their full effort. Writing board, screen-projector, labs are used to teach. The college arranges frequent industry visits. Every aspect of the subject is taught with ease.
