I had taken direct admission in Roorkee College of Engineering. I had opted for this college because it provide every facility to its students that are necessary for the overall growth of the student so that he can get the job very easily.

It is quite good as I have already shared there are more of practical knowledge that we are getting here from live projects and other activities also the education system is best as because the faculty is highly educated and experienced so the student can understand easily and in better way.

Yes, the university is well known for the internship and placement as is has a separate placement department and mentors who can actually guide us for the best and the internship they provide are from the leading brands like Colgate, ITC, Jindal Steels etc. The stipend is very attractive over here.

Placements and Job opportunities are very well here as there are preparation sessions as well for the placement drive only so that the students are able to grab the opportunity easily. The college provides 100 % placements to its students and tries its best to place every student.

Various events are organized by the college every year. The college also focus on extra curricular activities. Utkarsh is the mega event of the college. Other competitions include face painting, quiz competition,blind art, rangoli, etc. These events give the students refreshment from the studies and give more opportunity to showcase there talent.

Fee structure is very good and with scholarship we can save the money and we can do study with less fee.The fee structure is very much feasible as the time student is taking admission in the college if they have scored well in there 12th class or the graduation time they could get the scholarship.

The campus life is awesome in simple words as there are many things to do apart from studies however study is the main thing but still student can also grab more knowledge by coordinating in the events doing live projects and many other things the canteen here are also very fascinating so that a student can even spend time where there friends in it.

The hostel facilities are very safe and good as there is a proper facility of lights and cleanliness the washrooms are also very well cleaned. Mess facility in the college is with vegetarian meals only. Parking two wheeler/car facility at designated places only.

The alumni of our university are very supportive. They provide the relevant information about the course and the activities happen in the university as they are placed in the good organization they always suggest us new ideas and even give sessions to achieve our goal.

The exam structure is very attractive as there are class tests in the class and then two sessionals in every semester and that to in a systematic way so that the student can understand each and every unit easily and could perform better in the End Term Examination to score well
