Likes

The environment at the campus is very good. The faculty member are also well qualified and their teaching style is also good. They have well maintained library and well maintained labs.They have 4 cafes in which you can get food on time and fresh.

Dislikes

The management i would say is not that good

Btech cse is a hot topic nowadays. Infact this course offers most of the jobs nowadays. The faculty at DIT is good and they are well qualified and perfect in their fields. Their teaching method is is also good. Term exams were moderate if i say about difficulty.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 138000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees for the people who are not native of uttrakhand is 1,68000 approx and the people who are native of uttrakhand and have their domicile for uttrakhand is 1,38000 approx. if u have scored good marks in jee mains or advance you will have some discount on the fees and there is a special discount for girls also.

Campus Life

Annual fest and tech fest are conducted yearly which are mostly conducted in the month of November. They have smart classrooms and good infrastructure. All type of sports and extra activities are done in the campus. Especially they organize inter college matches .

Admission

There was no eligibility criteria for btech at DIT university. You can go simply and get the admission without any restrictions. If u have applied for jee mains so you will have some discount on your fees.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this course because of its affordability and the teaching quality of this college is good . They helps in choosing the real life application based projects . Teaching methods are impressive but they don't provide notes . We have make notes by attending class regularly. Frequency and timings of exams are of 3 hrs. For each subject . Difficulty level is moderate and students can prepare it well in the gap days also .

IIT Roorkee is the best one can get on overall basis.

Placement Experience:

Campus placement starts in Semester 7 and 8 for can say, in the last of graduation. HUL,TCS, Microsoft,JP Morgan and many huge companies visit campus for placements. Highest pakage in placement goes around 1.5 crore annually to lowest pakage around 8 LPA. Companies mainly comes for SDE role. But apart that few comes for PM, Data Science, Consulting profiles as well.

Responsive faculty and well managed curriculum to focus on specific areas of each students to make them better in the region of technolgy where they want to grow. mid level toughness with regular tests and end sem combining the internal and external practical exams.

I always loved coding and learning about new technologies. Also, jobs in CS/IT department are paid high. The faculty and student ratio is on the medium side. Faculties are highly qualified from IIT and top private colleges. They are very helpful and have a great pedagogy.

Best college of uttrakhand

Remarks:

A very good college. There is no spoon feeding scene like that of private institute. As good ranking students are there you can have a good academic competition which will nurture your ability and groom to you be a better engineer.

You can get various scholarships on the basis of your percentile in jee mains and your 12th percentage. It's around 100 percent for 90+ percentile in jee mains and 100 percent for 95+ in PCM in 12th.
