This CSE course is in treading now I chose this because have dream to be a software engineer . There are good no of facilities and they all are best .. There are 2 sessional it's easy toh pass if you study

There is good campus the view from the collage is amazing there are mountains around the collage it's very beautiful and collage classes are good my clubs are there , circket tournament are held in each semester

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this course because of its affordability and the teaching quality of this college is good . They helps in choosing the real life application based projects . Teaching methods are impressive but they don't provide notes . We have make notes by attending class regularly. Frequency and timings of exams are of 3 hrs. For each subject . Difficulty level is moderate and students can prepare it well in the gap days also .

IIT Roorkee is the best one can get on overall basis.

Placement Experience:

Campus placement starts in Semester 7 and 8 for can say, in the last of graduation. HUL,TCS, Microsoft,JP Morgan and many huge companies visit campus for placements. Highest pakage in placement goes around 1.5 crore annually to lowest pakage around 8 LPA. Companies mainly comes for SDE role. But apart that few comes for PM, Data Science, Consulting profiles as well.

From the 7th semester you can sit on the placement drives.. Multiple companies visited like accenture,adobe,tcs etc. The percentage is little bit low this year..i have not much knowledge about it right now. I will try to get a good job.

aspects of curricullum that influenced my desicion to take admission: technical based courses are available. a well defined infrastructure. seperate buildings to involve in different regions of technology. available technical courses with updated and advanced syllabus with great faculty and seminars of different active clubs like google and microoft club. Responsive faculty and well managed curriculum to focus on specific areas of each students to make them better in the region of technolgy where they want to grow. mid level toughness with regular tests and end sem combining the internal and external practical exams.

I always loved coding and learning about new technologies. Also, jobs in CS/IT department are paid high. The faculty and student ratio is on the medium side. Faculties are highly qualified from IIT and top private colleges. They are very helpful and have a great pedagogy.

Best college of uttrakhand

Remarks:

A very good college. There is no spoon feeding scene like that of private institute. As good ranking students are there you can have a good academic competition which will nurture your ability and groom to you be a better engineer.

Good place and college. Bad Admin and Faculty

I took admission in Covid year, 2020.So all of colleges had delayed the admission procedure, but THDC was admitting on basis of 12th marks before even JEE mains was completed. I had not much prep for Jee, so I took admission in THDC as it was in my home district. Now the admission process is entirely online. You need to register in UTU website uktech.ac.in and select choices of college for counseling.It includes all the govt engineering colleges in Uttarakhand. It is easy and good process....Read More
