Likes

The Location is itself a Plus point. Near to hill stations like lonavla.
Cycling club is my favourite one being a member i go onto many rides to near about Pune and Lonavala
Choreo is also one of my favorites things in this college.

Dislikes

Small campus and very less spots to chill around
Toxic Engineering enviornment in which faculties try to harras students
Extra meaningless formalities stuff like outpass.. intime etc

Course Curriculum Overview

The course here is actually the curriculum followed by Savitribai Phule Pune University (SPPU). The faculties here are qualified enough having PhD degrees and are teaching for more than 20 years.Exams are scheduled as per SPPU timings.

Fees and Financial Aid

A lot of scholarship opportunities are available at our college including PMSS for retired Army wards from Central Govt and ESSA for serving Army wards from AWES. Also companies like Reliance Udchalo Deutsche Bank and many other companies offer Scholarships to female students.

Campus Life

The Annual Fest here is Alchemy which includes the Amethyst (Annual Cultural fest) Pace (Annual Sports Fest) and Solutions (Annual TechFest) of our college. We have respective clubs which raises funds through sponsors and also from college allotted funds to conduct the fest. Apart from this we have 30+ student clubs under the student council due to which throughout the year we have many different events lined up in our college.

Hostel Facilities

Hostel here are pretty much normal.. similar to that we get in government colleges. Infact if you are an Army Brat you will definitely get the Army quarters vibe here at hostels. The hostels are affordable enough and messing facilities make it more tention free rather than staying in rented flats outside campus and managing other household jobs.

Hostel Fee: INR 100000 per year

Admission

The eligibility is based on JEE Mains Common rank along with 12th boards marks. Using the two a merit list issued from the other and admission is granted. This college is only for Army wards but there are some J&K quota seats also.

AS FOR PLACEMENT , TNP TRIES REALLY HARD TO GET STUDENT PLACED. MULTIPLE COMPANY VISIT THE CAMPUS. NAMELY INFOSYS, ACCENTURE, COGNIZANT, TCS, CAPEGEMINI, AMDOCS, HCL, TECH MAHINDRA, ETC MULTUPLE APTITUDE ASSESMENT AND CODING ASSESMENT ARE CONDUCTED BY COMPANIES. MANY STUDENT GET PLACED AT AVERAGE OF 4.5 . OFFER ARE LIKE 3LPA, 3,5LPA.4,5LPA, 7LPA, MAX 9LPA OR THIS YEAR BUT STILL IN MY OPNION STUDENT ARE NOT PUTTING ENOUGH EFFORT IN THEIR PLACEMENT DRIVES AND HAVE VERY CASUAL ATTITUDE. SO PERCENTAGE IS AROUND 40% AND I'LL NOT BLAME COLLEGE FOR THIS PERCENTAGE ATLEAST NOT TNP, CUZ FOR SOME REASON STUDENT ARE CLEARING FAILING HERE AS FOR ME I'M PLANNING FOR FURTHER STUDIES

There are placements in the college, but the company select only few like from hundreds they select only 9 to 10 students which are capable enough according to the standard who have done internships and have some experience in their field as the companies don't want to teach them from the starting

College review for better selection for better opportunities in future

Placement Experience:

From 4th Year students are eligible for campus placements. The companies that visites my college campus are accenture, capgemini, tcs and many more . The highest package students get places are 12-14 Lakhs per annum and average pakage is around 4-5 lakhs per annum . The percentage of students get places is around 60-80% and majority of them are from CE and IT . Many of them try to get placed from off campus due to their desired companies they want to join or they want more packages

SAKEC- best college ever

Placement Experience:

Sakec have many job/internship opportunities. The college provides different trainings and intership opportunities. Currently, in 2023-24, 42 students have alreday been placed with 25 LPA (highest CTC offered). College have tie-up with many reknowed companies. The highest salary package offered is 24 LPA. The average salary package offered is 6 LPA. My plan after getting the degree of bachelor of engineering is to go for masters and acknowledge more and more knowledge in engineering filed. And be my level best. I'm also looking forward for opportunities to go abroad for my mtech degree. Future my expectations form college are High. I'm sure being a student of such prestigious college with help me alot.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this course because I have genuine interest in civil engineering. The faculty student ration is 1:50. Our faculties are well qualified they are master's degree holders in design and structural engineering. Some of them are PhD holders and many of them have done their master's from NIT and IIT. Term exams are scheduled after every 2 months. it is easy to pass because it consists of 30 marks only.

It is a great college for learning

Course Curriculum Overview:

I'm choosing this course because I'm interested in programming languages. Faculty members here are at the best level. They are very supportive and knowledgeable. They made lectures most interactive. All faculty members are well-qualified and experienced. The course is very vast but the teaching faculty cover it through their extra lectures and practicals.

Best in the neighborhood, convenient to reach , easily accessible for all the student's , good faculty and good quality of education, amenities available are great along with the essential facilities. Exposure to national level competitions along with the motivation to attempt them.Practical knowledge is also provided with the theoretical knowledge
