Course Curriculum Overview
I chose this course to become software engineer. The faculty to student ratio is quite good here, we get lab assistants for help in lab. Some of the faculty are from IIT. Exams are conducted 2 times per semester one is called insem examination the other is called endsem examination. Isems are easy to pass, the endsem exams require 1-2 days to pass.
Internships Opportunities
The internship opportunities are very great here. Every year companies like codenation, goldman sachs, mastercard etc come to give internship to students. It's easy to get internship if you have good projects. You can get upto 1lac stipend.
Placement Experience
The placements are good. Many big companies like paytm, cred, goldman sachs, zs come for recruitment. The avg placement is 12-13 lpa. Students get placement offers from their 7th semester. Around 90% of students get placed. After this degree I'll join a mnc and work there. I may do a startup later.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fees is increased by upto 10% of previous year fee every year. It's not fixed. Students here get many scholarships like udchalo, relaince foundation, pmss. The Institute organises seminars to spread awareness about scholarship programs available for students here.
Campus Life
The annual fest is called amythst and it is conducted in march-april every year. The techfest is called solutions, it is conducted in july-aug every year. The college also conducts akriti every year. It's an inter-branch competition. There are many clubs and boards here which are run by students.
Hostel Facilities
The hostel rooms are decent. The mess area is big and decent, the meal provided is good. To get hostel, students are required to fill the hostel form and pay the hostel fees along with the academic fees. Hostel are compulsory for first year student after first year student can live outside college.
Admission
Eligibility: 75% in 12th board examination Entrance exam: JEE MAIN, for Computer Engineering branch student needs >=94%ile. There are 120 seats in CE, IT, ENTC and 60 seats in Mech. The college offers 4 year B.E. course only. There isn't any caste based reservation but the college is for army wards only.
