Course Curriculum Overview

3.5

After my jee rank came I researched for past years cuttofs and based on that chemical engineering at Indian institute of technology Roorkee was best for me so I chose this course. Talking about faculties in the department there are about 20-30 proffesors in my branch and 120 students in each year . The faculty qualifications are quite high almost everyone is ug from iits and done their PhDs from some foriegn University. There are two exams each year and they are pretty taugh.

Internships Opportunities

2.5

The on campus internships are taugh to get you have to be great at academics to get these or you have to be great at some skill .but for circuital branches this is not the case generally companies seek for cse ece and ee only. Lower branches like civil chemical have low opportunities

Placement Experience

4

IIT's are generally known among engineering collages for there placements I mean they are pretty decent for my branch the averageis 14lpa which is above average for India and if you do good in academics and learn some skills placement is pretty much guaranteed

Fees and Financial Aid

Fee structure is well specified here And all fees including mess hostel tuition and sports facilities are given included in total fee. There are few scholerships you can apply for . And you can opt for financial fee wavier I am availing full tuition fee wavier which waves off 2/3 of my fee.

Campus Life

4.5

Life at IIT's is very good in terms of interactions , opportunities, healthy life and healthy for your intrests . There are many clubs for different hobbies like for coding cooking sports arts and creativity music and audio. Sports facilities are available for everyone in the campus you can play everyday in morning and evening . Some clubs run by students are- Pag Sds labs Fine arts E-cell

Hostel Facilities

3.5

Hostels are pretty good in terms of regular living of a students you are given beds almirah and study tables and water and electricity is always running there. And highspeed wifi is everywhere in hostel. The meal quality in mess is also not that bad it's pretty healthy. I am currently living in hostel

Admission

The admission process for the Indian Institutes of Technology typically involves the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) for undergraduate programs. The steps include: **JEE Main**: All candidates must appear for the JEE Main exam, which is the first stage. It is conducted twice a year. **JEE Advanced**: Only those who qualify JEE Main are eligible for JEE Advanced. This exam determines admission to IITs. Genrally 10-12lake students give jee mains per year and only 100000 are quallified for jee advanced **Regi1tration**: Candidates need to register for JEE Advanced separately during the specified period. **Exam**: JEE Advanced is a computer-based test comprising multiple-choice and numerical answer-type questions After that the results are conducted almost 17000 students are admitted in iits you have to quallify in all subjects separately *Counseling* then you fill for different iits and branches and after this you are given seat according to your rank

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum is highly relevant, focusing on practical knowledge for real-world prep, though more hands-on application and updated content would strengthen it. Exams occur 6 times yearly; they are tough but fair for the course.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this course because of its affordability and the teaching quality of this college is good . They helps in choosing the real life application based projects . Teaching methods are impressive but they don't provide notes . We have make notes by attending class regularly. Frequency and timings of exams are of 3 hrs. For each subject . Difficulty level is moderate and students can prepare it well in the gap days also .
