Course Curriculum Overview
I like learning about maths and engineering was my dream from my cchildhood. The faculties are really good and even the competitive environment in here push each one to do better in this field. The techers are pHd and well experienced. It is never difficult to pass.(the only secret is the decode)
Internships Opportunities
The companies are - mastercard, deustche bank, ZS, cred etc The placement season is going on and many companies are coming giving placement to more than 90% every year. Me being an SE is not much aware of everything.
Placement Experience
The average package is 14LPA. many graet companies have visited the campus, like - Cred, Deustche bank, mastercard etc. From 5th semester they are eligible to sit for on campus interships and from 7th semester they are elgible to sit for placemenys. Highest package last year was 50LPA. More then 90% get the placement fro sure.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fees is a bit high still its worth it. In college you don't only get the opportunity to study but to also Participate in extra curiculum activivties. For a girl there are many scholarship and mentorshiop schemes to benifit each girl child in engg college. Like WE Google talentsprint, amazon, deustche bank etc For both genders there are scholarship schemes like reliance etc.
Campus Life
Annual fest: cultural - Amethyst(inter college); cultural akrirti(inter branch) sports - pace(inter college); sports akriti(inter branch) technical - solution(inter college); technical akriti(inter branch) start up saga(I&E cell) Innerve(OSS) and many more there are in total 29 clubs in the college. All course books, story books, ssb books etc are present in the library.
Hostel Facilities
Hostel rooms are good. The mess food is very healthy and proper schedule is followed every week. With two days a week non veg. For first year, the hostel is compulsory and for subsequent years the availability depends on choice and marks and attendance.
Admission
I gave JEE. Only Army brats are allowed. There is a reservation of Jammu kashmir people as well. I got the advertisement from My school that is Army public school. In the admission process they cross check the father's belonging to army by checing discharge book or dependent cards etc.
