Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

The courses here are like a well-crafted storyeach part fits together, making a meaningful journey. I picked this course because it's the perfect mix of theory and hands-on stuff, just what I'm into. The teachers? They're a good bunch, a mix of experienced pros and new faces. They've got the smarts, diverse backgrounds, and make classes interesting. It's not just lectures; there's a lot of hands-on learning too. They're more like mentors, guiding you through the academic maze. Exams? They're like those challenging levels in a game. Happen on time, planned well. Tough? Yeah, but it's the right kind of challenge. It keeps you on your toes and ensures you're really getting the hang of things. So, in a nutshell, the courses make sense, teachers are cool, and exams keep you sharp. It's a bit of a challenge, but it's a good ride.

Internships Opportunities

4

Internship opportunities at the college provide invaluable practical experience across diverse domains. As a Software Development Intern, I worked on optimizing algorithms for a real-time data analysis mobile app, resulting in enhanced coding skills and exposure to agile methodologies. In the realm of Mechanical Engineering, I contributed to the design and analysis of a new product prototype, gaining hands-on experience and proficiency in CAD software. As a Marketing Intern, executing social media campaigns and analyzing market trends honed my digital marketing expertise and analytical skills. Meanwhile, as a Research Intern, my involvement in experiments and data analysis in a specific field equipped me with valuable research skills and contributed to published papers. These experiences collectively contribute to the holistic professional development of students at the college.

Placement Experience

3.5

Ah, the million-dollar question: placements. Well, the good news is, this place takes your future seriously. The placement scene here is like a well-choreographed danceorganized, strategic, and with everyone hitting their marks. Companies with big names waltz onto the campus, scouting for fresh talent. It's like a career carnival. The placement cell does its homework, bringing in a diverse mix of recruiters to cater to different interests and skills. The success stories are plenty. Graduates landing dream jobs, internships turning into full-time gigshappiness all around. The alumni network is a gem too, offering guidance and connections for that post-college hustle. Of course, it's not all sunshine and rainbows. The competition is fierce, and you've got to bring your A-game. But hey, that's what those late-night study sessions and group projects were all about, right? So, in a nutshell, the placements here are like a well-scripted success story.

Fees and Financial Aid

Let's talk about the financial side of things. The fee structure here is like a budget puzzleimportant but sometimes tricky. Studying here doesn't break the bank, and that's a relief. The best part? No fee hikes. The cost is consistent, making it easier to plan. Now, scholarships are the real game-changer. IIT Patna provides scholarships that cover tuition for SC, ST students, and those with an annual family income below one lakh. It's a substantial support system, ensuring that financial constraints don't hinder education. Plus, no fee hikes mean the costs remain manageable throughout the academic journey. As for campus jobs, it's like hitting two birds with one stone. You earn a stipend while gaining valuable experience. It's a win-win. The opportunities vary, from research gigs to administrative roles. It's a great way to offset some expenses and build a resume at the same time. In a nutshell, the financial landscape here is stable

Campus Life

4.5

Alright, buckle up for the campus rollercoaster! So, Anwesha is our jamthe annual fest that brings the party to campus. Big-name artists, good vibes, it's the month we all wait for. And then there's Celesta, the tech fest, where geeks unite to celebrate all things tech. It's a different kind of awesome. Now, the library is basically a bookworm's paradise. Books and journals everywhere. Classrooms? They're not your old-school nightmare. We're talking projectors, comfy chairsthe works. But hey, it's not all about hitting the books. Sports and extracurriculars are the real deal. Cricket matches, cultural eventsyou name it, we got it. Keeps things lively, you know? And for the social animals, there are clubs and groups run by students. Coding, debating, or just chillingthere's a spot for everyone. Oh, and there's some website or forum where we spill all the campus tea. You know, the good stuff. In a nutshell, life here is a mix of study grind, crazy fun, and finding your people.

Hostel Facilities

4.5

Ah, the home away from homehostel life! It's like a mini-adventure within the campus. The hostel facility here is pretty solid. You get your own space, a bed to crash on after those marathon study sessions, and a desk for when inspiration strikes at 2 AM. The hostel food? Well, it's a hit or miss, but it's all part of the experience. You might discover hidden culinary talents trying to spice things up with the limited resources in your room. The best part is the community vibe. You're not just living with roommates; you're making friends for life. Late-night talks, impromptu study sessions, and the occasional movie nighthostel life is a social rollercoaster. Sure, there might be the occasional battle for the shower or the eternal struggle for the perfect room temperature, but it's all part of the charm. It's your little corner of chaos and camaraderie in the grand scheme of campus life.

Admission

The JEE Advanced and IIT Patna admission process is a high-stakes journey. Eligibility is the golden ticket75% in board exams is the magic number. Find the application form online, but watch out for the pricey application fees. Mark those dates on your calendar; missing them is a one-way ticket to stress city. Reservation benefits are like chess movesstrategize wisely. A suggestion for improvement? A user-friendly process, maybe with an AI guide. And a bit more transparency in cut-offs wouldn't hurt. Overall, it's a challenging but rewarding adventure. Good luck, future IITians!

From 7th semester students are eligible to seat and apply for campus placements . Eligiblity criteria depends on companies but if you have 7 CGPA ir more than that then you don't need to worry . Companies like Godrej, ACC,CDAC, BHEL, Infosys, WIPRO ,TCS etc. visited our college for campus placements. Highest package from our college is around 13 Lakh Per Annum and average placement is 3 to 4 Lakh Per Annum Its totally depends upon companies and their job profiles. There are almost 60 to 70 percentage student got placement ( In upper branches like CSE& AI percentage is slightly high otherwise it is quite low for civil and our branches) My plans after getting a degree that is I have to go for M.Tech from any IITs of India I am preparing hard for that.

There is very less number of offers given by companies and also there is almost negligible offers for Lower branches(like Mechanical and Civil) . There is highest 12.4 lakh per annum for a CSE student given by TCS and average salary of 4 LPA . There is only 50 to 60 percent students got placements in which majority are from CSE , CSE-AI , and EEE branches.
