The building of college also very fascinating

I have a keen interest on history and I got the history honour so I am very happy the faculties are very good and very supportive in nature and the ratio of faculty is about 40 student the faulties are very knowledgeable and has a very vast amount of knowledge with helps me to in development of my educational. the term exams held in university about 6 month each including to semester

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees of the college is very sufficient is about 15000 for year but the hostel fees is quite high but it's okay according to the Delhi and there are many scholarship available by the Delhi University and some private institutions which can help the students in their fees I have applied for this scholarship and got the scholarship of 100% fees

Campus Life

The fest in the college occur every month excluding the exam season and there is a very good social exposure in the Delhi University specially in the North campus The library is very good and contains about all books related to the different fields The classrooms are very well discipline included the good furniture and the projector plus availability of the Wi-Fi network in the Ramjas College is about very good.It contains there are many societies related to the different fields like music dramas debate etc

Admission

I opted humanities in class 12 with history, political science, geography, economics, English and painting and then I applied for the CUET examination form in February 2023 and in which the examination conducted in May month and then its result is declared and I applied to the CSAS portal of the Delhi University and then I got the college history honours in first round of allotment I am not avail of any type of scholarship but there are many kind of scholarship available in which every student can apply admission process is quite simple but remember about the personal details and the document and name should be matched. thank you

Honest review of DU SOL B.A. good for working students not for regular college experience

I choose B.A from DU SOL because the course curruculmis exactly the same as regular DU colleges which gives degree strong crediblity for UPSC goverment jobs and further studies like M.A the syllabus is coprehensive and covers core subjects like histyory, poltical science and english litreature in detail

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is a bit too theoretical and less practical. The exams in the college takes places every month which are seasonals and are for internal marking and then we have semester exams in every 6 months which accounts for the external marking.

The course i am engaged is BA HONOURS ENGLISH in DAULAT RAM COLLEGE, UNIVERSITY OF DELHI, the course offered is comprehensive, interesting and detailed. The faculty of English honours department is fully supportive of the students, the faculty members do not just give theory or bookish knowledge but also help us improve our communication in English language. Placement Experience:

Placements are available in college, the drive is quite extensive, everyone is made aware of the choices and options and counselling is present too. It is from the third year, students are eligible to apply for placements. Companies and organisations take part such as Niti ayog, Times, Geostrata, Prajatantra foundation, etc. Those who desire usually work on their CVs, keep on doi internships and then get a placement. The packages are not that impressive to be honest.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I got a seat in Ramjas College. It is a north-campus college. The infrastructure is too good compared to the remaining colleges. The teaching also going well but I faced some language problems. I'm from south India so I don't understand Hindi properly. But here mostly they teach in Hindi only and English is used very rarely.

DCAC- a summary of college life

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course itself is prestigious and is mostly opted for by people who plan either on preparing for the Civil Services or those who want to pursue academia. The course structure is framed in a manner that you don't just simply study history there, but you ingrain a critical viewpoint of a young historian. The faculty of History Hons. has some of the best Professors in the University, although you will in any course at any college find some teachers below your expectations, you don't have to bear them for more than 1 or 2 semesters. Passing the exams is not very difficult, but yes scoring above average is. If you get a GPA ranging from 6 to 7, you've performed fine. Above that is considered a Very good performance in Hons. courses of Social sciences at Delhi University. there are semester exams every 5- 6 months

The admission process of the college is through Cuet ug admission examination, I had applied to other top colleges of The University of Delhi including Kirori Mal College, Hindu College, St. Stephen's College and Hansraj College, However my score was best suited for Ramjas and I was allocated this college during counseling process. For admission into Delhi University, CUET exam is conducted based on your 12th subjects.
