NITC

I choose ECE because that was the course I was allotted.Like I actually wanted CSE but instead because of my rank I could only get ECE in the top NITs .The faculty to student ratio is pretty manageable like it isn't too high nor too low.The teaching method is fine.We gave 2 term exams for one semester and also many other tests quizzes and assignments too.Its pretty hectic but ain't that hard if you prepare from the very beginning in the right manner

I'm actually not sure about the companies and stuff cause I'm still a newbie in nit Calicut but based on what I've heard from my seniors they said that there are ample of projects and internships that are provided for the students based on their skills and many others

Students become eligible for placements from the 5th semester itself and the placements have been really good lately and I think even though there's software recession and stuff we will still be able to get placed in a good company if we perform well and maintain a good cg with good technical or core skills that are offered by your course

The fees is pretty okay compared to the facilities were provided with and other stuffs and I think having such less amount and giving these many benefits is pretty appreciable cause many other famous institutions impose almost triple the amount I pay.

We have soo many cultural and tech fests in NITC and they are magnificent Honestly we have Ragam an annual cultural fest coming up this march and Tatva a technical fest coming up this Feburary.about books we have a really huge library and we students can access it 24/7 and take books and along with that we are even provided with computer rooms and discussion rooms or study rooms and many more.Clubs are very vital and fun aspects in NITC and they're many clubs available to bring out your hidden talents.And many inter nit and IIT sports competitions will be held almost once in every 3 months and hence even sports are given equal importance here.

The rooms are pretty good and we have common washrooms available in each floor our hostel is even provided with gym night mess and a beauty parlour too if that matters and the food in the mess I choose is really good like edible to be honest and the location is lush green and very peaceful

The admission process is actually pretty easy.To get a seat here you've gotta write and qualify for the JEE mains and then you'll be allocated in a college depending on your choice and the rank you've attained.There are some reservation benefits too,the Sc St students don't have to pay the tuition fee and many other benefits for other reservations too are available.
