Course Curriculum Overview
The course is good not so tough like you can maintain a decent cgpa by being consistent and i did choose this course by myself the circumstances made me choose it. And as per the faculty this is my first semester and faculty were decent but who knows afterwards what happen. i am a northern student used to learn in hindi omly but am able to adjust and learn the courses in english.
Placement Experience
As a freshie i don't know much about the placement scenario.but as a top tier nit you can expect a decent number of placement at decent companies.most of the student get placed. From 6th semester students become eligible for campus placement
Fees and Financial Aid
Fees here is comparatively less than other private and known University.your fees is decided on your family income and other factors like sc,st and kerela state qouta. For me 40 k institute fee and 33k hostel fee per semester as income is between 1 to 5 lakh . you can also get some scholarship and loans to pay the fees.
Campus Life
Our college organize one tech fest tathva and one cultural fest ragam every year.college have a decent sports grounds and facilities to play both indoor and outdoor games and also participate and organise sporting activities.it have a main central library open 24/7 , digital library, reading room ,common room etc
Hostel Facilities
As first have alloted two separate hostel a and b where there are no senior to prevent us from ragging issues.there is also curfew time for us to reach hostel at time but from second year you will get to live mega hostel which has a little extra facilities.
Admission
Admission was on the basis of jee mains rank by josaa counseling after applying for jee exam whose form you find on nta website and fees of application was around 1350 and application date was in December and march. I availed obc(ncl) benefits and get into civil engineering. My percentile was 96.3 and rank was 42 k .
