Remarks
There are no bad remarks as such. The placement packages can be improved. The infrastructure can also be also be improved. Moreover there is no ragging and seniors are the best.
Entrance Preview
I took the JEE (MAIN), the mother of all exams and its rank was the basis of the admission. No interview process was there.I wanted to pursue CS as I love playing with logics and the excellent reputation of the college attracted me towards it. There was no interview as such.My love to play with logics made me choose this course.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course is very nice . I have been in the college for the past one year and the college has been really supportive and considerate. The various events that have been conducted have really provided great insights on life of a student and beyond. Rote learning is not appreciated at all. Practical learning is really stressed upon.There are special labs made for these.
Internships Opportunities
The internship will be next year. From the information I have got from the seniors, the college has been helpful to the students and has managed to provide internships to the 80% of the students.
Placement Experience
The placement is very good. A lot of famous multinational companies like Microsoft, Amazon and Goldman Sachs can be caught at the interviews.The highest package was 6 lacs and the average package is around 3.5 lacs.
Fee Structure And Facilities
It's quite affordable being a government college. The fees is about 2.5 lacs per annum including hostel fees which I think any middle class family will get ready to pay for such a good college.
Exam Structure
Exams and other events combined are sometimes really tiring.
Faculty
The standard of teaching is almost at par with prestigious institutions lile IITs. The teachers are really learned and qualified. They are very nice and are very supportive of the students.Their interaction with students made students highly skilled here.
