Likes

Teachers are very good and helpful at any time. They also give you an opportunity to learn languages like live presentation, etc.
It is widely spreaded and full of natural beauty. Classrooms are huge with all modern artificial electrical equipments like audio system is available for better listening foreign language, projectors are available for presentations in classroom.
The best thing about this course is it's career options. The other language aren't so good as career options these days but italian is a better option in terms of placements.

Dislikes

Only one company comes at the department for placement and this year only 7-8 students got selected for the jobs out of 50 which is pretty less and quite disappointed the students.
There is no point to dis like our department of Germanic and romance studies.

1. Becouse of many opportunities to job many companies are visit in college our placement. 2.&3. Prof. Are very supportive and lecturer are very important to attend but the facilities or very poor 4. 1st term only 4 month then 2nd term gap 6 month there is no difficulties to pass the samester.

1. Almost 6000 fee for 1 year there is no other cost to study 2.Two scholarships for Indian students accepted to the Master in Development, Innovation and Change (MiDIC) 2008-2009.There is almost 7_8 student our campus placement in ambience company.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is a bit too theoretical and less practical. The exams in the college takes places every month which are seasonals and are for internal marking and then we have semester exams in every 6 months which accounts for the external marking.

The course i am engaged is BA HONOURS ENGLISH in DAULAT RAM COLLEGE, UNIVERSITY OF DELHI, the course offered is comprehensive, interesting and detailed. The faculty of English honours department is fully supportive of the students, the faculty members do not just give theory or bookish knowledge but also help us improve our communication in English language. We have studied many areas of literature within the course offered- ROMANTIC LITERATURE, EUROPEAN LITERATURE, INDIAN LITERATURE, AMERICAN LITERATURE, DALIT LITERATURE AND EVEN REGIONAL LITERATURE TRANSLATED IN ENGLISH. Placement Experience:

Placements are available in college, the drive is quite extensive, everyone is made aware of the choices and options and counselling is present too. It is from the third year, students are eligible to apply for placements. Companies and organisations take part such as Niti ayog, Times, Geostrata, Prajatantra foundation, etc. Those who desire usually work on their CVs, keep on doi internships and then get a placement. The packages are not that impressive to be honest.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I got a seat in Ramjas College. It is a north-campus college. The infrastructure is too good compared to the remaining colleges. The teaching also going well but I faced some language problems. I'm from south India so I don't understand Hindi properly. But here mostly they teach in Hindi only and English is used very rarely.

DCAC- a summary of college life

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course itself is prestigious and is mostly opted for by people who plan either on preparing for the Civil Services or those who want to pursue academia. The course structure is framed in a manner that you don't just simply study history there, but you ingrain a critical viewpoint of a young historian. The faculty of History Hons. has some of the best Professors in the University, although you will in any course at any college find some teachers below your expectations, you don't have to bear them for more than 1 or 2 semesters. Passing the exams is not very difficult, but yes scoring above average is. If you get a GPA ranging from 6 to 7, you've performed fine. Above that is considered a Very good performance in Hons. courses of Social sciences at Delhi University. there are semester exams every 5- 6 months
