i really liked the campus life and the college
i really liked the sports facilities here
i really liked the library here full of books

Dislikes

the crowd here is not very good though many good people are there
the teachers are not up to tha par some teachers just read the slides and go
i disliked the overall fees and expenses

i chose the coures cause i wanted to pursue engineering , the faculty to student ratio is 120 : 1 is lectures and 20:1 in tutorials and practicals all the faculties are PHD the teaching methoda varies the exams are very easy to pass if u study

i dont really know much about internships but they are good though very difficult to get ,but many seniors usually get interned if they have good knowledge of DSA many good companies come for internships

the placement record is very good all branch students get placed around 90 percent placement rate the average package is very good 15 lpa for copmuter branches the highest package is around 55 lpa .

Fees and Financial Aid

very expensive college 30 lakh for 4 years if u apply for hostel the college offers scholarship of CGPA and means cum merit but still not everyone gets it overall the fees hike is very high but hostels etc are very good

Campus Life

the library is very good the fest is very good many good performers have performed here the infra is really good there are many societies no problem regarding college life regular co curricular activites are there

admission was through jee mains, the cutoff was 94 percentile for my branch outside punjab and 89 inside punjab,there were four rounds of councelling the eligibility was 12th pass the college also offers admission through leet

MY HONEST REVIEW ABOUT MY COLLEGE LIFE

Placement Experience:

from 6th semester students become eligible for the placements and they should not have any backolgs or reappers in the exam and they should have morethan then 5 cgpa . as i am from the 2nd yeari donot know more aboutm the placement offered made but the average packagr is 3.5 to 4 lakhs per annual and around 70 to 80 percent of students are get selected in placement . and planns after getting the degree is to do higher studies in aerospace designing in the aircrafts.

Why I chose LPU ?

Placement Experience:

Here, the placement drive starts at the beginning of the 5th semester and goes till the end of the 8th semester. Here, all MNC like Google, Microsoft, Amazon, Capgemini, and many other companies come to our campus for hiring. In the very last year 2 students got selected with a prestigeous 2.5cr & 1 cr packages.

All about my college

Placement Experience:

From 5th semester onwards students are eligible for the campus placement. Either they get internship or they get placement offers . Number of companies visited are more than 50. I will give some examples of some best companies like google , microsoft, accenture, virtusa, lenovo , Paypal, shadii. Com , JP morgan and many more other good companies visit to our college. Highest package last year was 52 lakh and the average package was 6 lakhs . More than 70 percent Student are getting placement. My plans after the degree is to get a good job in a good company

An honest Insight of my college LPU

Good College, Placement and Great Infrastructure and Facilities

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum should be rated on how useful and complete it is. A good one covers all important topics like Software , Networking , Automata , SQLetc. it is mix theory and practical work . For CSE studendent there are coding laguage like C++ in 3rd sem and DSA in 4th semester.

Honest is the best Policy

I was getting addmission in some other private colleges but this was near to me and had a great rew.. Its infra and hostels are really worth it. inside campus walls

i applied for lnmiit college jaipur . there i was expecting computer branch but did got electronics branch so i didnt went there.here in thapar it was based on jee mains percentile for addmission. computer branches were available till 89 percentile for punjab students and till 94 percentile for outside punjab students. so i had percentile of 95 so i easily got computer branch over here....Read More
