In nit Agartala you will get to experience a natural environment as it is spread in 365 acres and covered mostly by forest
Sports complex is pretty huge which will be fun
Hostel are pretty spacious and clean and new too

Dislikes

Hospital here hospital is not that advanced just only basic
As I said it is of 365 acres you have to walk a lot
Placement are little bit of decent which may not satisfy you

Course Curriculum Overview

I wanted to do Bachelors of technology however I did not get my satisfied rank in joint entrance exam so that is why I have to compromise a little student:faculty is preety good you gave 1 teacher every 80 students

As I am in 2nd year right now so I am not getting internship right now but you will experience a pretty decent amount of opportunities here which you will enjoy and if you work little hard you will get good package tlo

Student can get placement after their six semester that is after 3rd year here many company come like Google Microsoft and Goldman Sachs and many more average package is pretty decent you can easily get 10+ lpa if you work hard

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees per semester is approximately 90k and you will get a lot of scholarship as this college is government attach also if you are st SC your whole tution fee will be zero also if you are general and OBC and your parents income is less than 1 lakh you will also get 100% remission on your tution fees

Campus Life

Here the annual fest is moksha where many big stars like jubin nautiyal and shraddha khapar from apna college had been invited and they came here and enjoyed a lot so yeah you can say here in nit Agartala it's pretty fun

Hostel Facilities

Hostel here is top notch it's literally the best hostel you can ever get in government college also the RNT hostel it's the best one among all meal quality is also superb if you are non vegetarian it would be heaven for you

The placement in our college could certainly improve and the student body alongside the Placement Cell are working on that. Oftentimes a lot of MBA graduates get the highest package and oftentimes students from BTech get the highest package

From 6th semester students become eligible for campus placements. Many compines visit in our college like tcs, ibm, jio, Infosys. The highest Pacakedge is of 40 lpa and average package is 8.5 lpa .30 percent of students get placed

If i say it clearly. You can apply for internships even after 1st year or semester but what really matters is time if you are dedicated for that the please do it But ideally you are applicable for on campus internships from 3rd year. After my bTech degree i am planning to pursue MTech in EE

Best technical institute in Tripura

Placement Experience:

Every year placements happen and about 80 percent of the total students of the institute get placed in various dream tier and other companies with good packages. The packages depend on year to year, more specifically on hiring trends. I still did not make a decision for my post degree plans.

Placement Experience:

From third year students are eligible for campus placement and internships. Many companies visit like Microsoft , CISCO , L&T , Mahindra etc . Highest package offered was 52lpa in tech and 20lpa in core and average package is 9lpa. Around 75% student get placed . My plan is to do M.tech by qualifying GATE exam .

Life in Nit Agartala

Placement Experience:

Placements are good enough if you if your skills are much better than others if your CG is at least above them 8.5 then you will definitely get a good package so many companies comes to our college including Microsoft Google Amazon etc.. highest package of last year is 68 lpa

NIT Agartala is one of the most prettiest colleges in India!!

Placement Experience:

From Gaya Steel, to JK Tyres and companies involved in production were the ones who gave us placements. On and average production engineers at our college were paid around 4-5 lakhs a year. The lowest of all but still in top corporate houses as no start-ups are into production. This established names where the one who gave us placements.

placements are moderate in this college. many seniors got an opportunity of internship in google and different prestigious companies. you can be eligible for internships and placements in 5th semester. i thing highest pacake if 70 lakh from google and 12 lakh is average package from computational mathematics branch. and recently 22 lakh package has been taken by our senior by phonep company. i just want an internship in my 3rd year in an tech company and want to get placed in the 4th year. I thing above 90% students get placed in our college

It is long journey of hard work how i get in this college and course . First I qualified JEE main but not got good rank so I got Biotech branch in NIT Agartala according to my rank . But I studied well in first year and scored a high CGPA and slided my branch to Mechanical . I have in all top NITs but not got a ceat there . Admission is only through JEE main rank . JOURNEY TO NIT AGARTALA

When I was applying to collleges, I appeared for JEE Mains and applied to other NITS and IIITS , My aim wwas to secure admission in reputed national institutes with good placements. I got admission in NIT Agartala(ECE Branch),which i chose over other colleges because of NIT brand value, national-level peer group, alumini network. I couldn't make it to the top tier NITS and IIITS as my JEE rank was slightly higher than their cutoff range. The competition is extremely tough and even a few marks can make huge difference in rank. The admission process is conducted through JoSAA/CSAB councelling based on score, For btech admission,JEE main is the accepted and most prefrred exam. The basic eligibilty is passing 10+2 wiht Physics ,Chemistry and Maths. Cutoff vary depending on category and branch.
