Likes

I liked the campus vibe always people around jamming with guitar and spending an amazing time.
And obviously my faculty teachers everyone was so amazing we are like a family.
And the fest gives opportunities and had lots of fun.

Dislikes

The politics and fighting among students.
Authorities didn’t allotted any any classroom for English students and also some other subject students. We didn’t had our own classroom.
Sometimes seniors use to strike up and won’t let anyone go out thats what I disliked the most.

Course Curriculum Overview

•I always wanted to pursue english honours. As english is my favourite subject. •My faculty teachers were amazing and the students ratio was less than twenty five. •All the teachers were qualified doctorate and most amazing friendly humble caring teachers I ever met in my life.Their way of teaching was so excellent that I never took any tuitions.They made it easy with points and examples. Even if you miss the class and go to 'em they gonna make sure you understand properly. • Exams were held in the proper time and If you attend classes quite well you gonna get through the exams. As our board was autonomous the question were all from what we read in our class.So its as simple as that you attend class and you gonna surely pass.

Class Size: 1Course Fees: INR 84000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

•Fees were 42000 per semester and totally its around 2 Lakhs 52 thousand for 6 semesters.But I think its too costly for English Major. • Scholarship is available •They provide you internship and job offers in India also abroad.

Campus Life

• We had freshers and annual fest Sahotsava like every year. Also a lot of small events every month. • Mostly all books are available. • There are some sports event happens monthly and other extra curriculum like dance,music,drama, fashion too. •Techno Vivarta , Techno Chitraka, Techno Nityaksha, Step Alpha, Dhrubotara, Swarakriti.

Admission

• Eligibility 12th pass with atleast 50% in English • All the information's are provided in the official site www.technoindiauniversity.ac.in . • No admission process is simple and everything is provided by the authorities.

The summary of my four years in one of the oldest colleges in India

Placement Experience:

The campus placements happen in final year of the course. There is a well established placement cell to conduct the on-campus placements. Many well renowned companies visit our college namely Microsoft, Google, TI, TSL, PWC, ICICI, ABG. L&T, etc. The highest package was 50LPA and the average was around 9LPA. Over 90% students got placed from across every department and details of the placement is also available in the college official website. I have gotten a job from the on-campus drive to a core company.

The placements of our college are below average. Studies for placement are more or less relevant from second semester. companies like tcs, amazon etc do visit our campus however very few are selected with package above 4-5 LPA. Most of the students seek out for higher studies and that's my plan too.

After the 6th semester, the students are eligible for placements. Mass recruiters like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Accenture, Capgemini, etc visit every year and pick up 80-100 students per company. Other companies like Amazon, Thoughtworks, Etc also visit the college. The highest package offered by our college is 15LPA by Thoughtworks. Every year around 75-80% of students get placed on campus. I plan to get a good job work for 2-3 years and then apply for Masters. Overall the placement is very nice in this college.
