It is a very good experience to be a part of.

Nothing very fancy, but yeah the college is not bad at all. It clearly is the 2nd best college of South Campus after the legendary Venky. Anyways feels good to be the Big B in front of the neighborhood.

I am currently pursuing History Hons. I had taken admission in the 1st cutoff itself hoping to subsequently jump as the cutoffs drop. Unfortunately, it didn't happen like that and I had to continue with the same. Nevertheless, I made full utilization of all the available resources with me and so far it's been a pleasant sail.

The course I'm in isn't really a practical one. It doesn't really open up much shores for a practical base so we have to simply refer to books and research papers, which I hate btw.

No, my college didn't provide me with any internships but gave me opportunities to be a part of certain extra curricular societies of whom I made full utilization.

No big shots from my field in particular so far. But I'm sure the BCom crowd certainly has something impressive. I have heard one student made it to the IAS academy but I don't really how true that info is. So, yeah no takes on this one either.

The campus is big but quite average and so are the fears. Being in a college so well equipped with all the eminities and talent probably lacks because of the indulges of politics. This is also a major issue with the college, we stand a very good ground in terms of activist and politicians but lack some major amplifiers for talent.

While choosing a college, especially in the DU one must not focus much on the fee structure. What matters more is the college you are studying in. As my college is fully funded by the govt the fee is quite minimal. Probably around 5000INR.

It has a scheme for the same but I am fortunate enough of not being in a position to use it.

Very good. I've had these feed backs from students of other colleges and 1 thing that we clearly out stand in is extra curricular. We have a plethora of societies large enough to accommodate almost every student of the College.

Sorry, I haven't yet started with the Networking and socializing thing the seniors.

As a history majors I don't have to really visit the labs. So, I haven't visit any as of now.

The faculty assigned for my course is the best for me. Few teachers although believe in a more superficial guidance expecting us to do the rest from the books ourselves but few on the other hand some would do whatever it takes just to make you understand that very topic that bounced over your head in a regular lecture.
