Course Curriculum Overview
Basically this is a bihar engineering college so there is less quality education. So you have to focus on self study the main problem is that you have to attend 75 percent lectures. There is almost 30 students per faculty. Some faculty are good and some are bad but overall the college is good and focuses on study. The term exams are very tuff as like Final term end exam and you have to face difficulties to pass the exam
Internships Opportunities
There is rare opportunies to take internship from this college because it is a government engineering college so less companies visit campus because there is no tie up and bonding of companies with college so you have to try your own to take internship.
Placement Experience
Last year appearing students are eligible for campus placements. Many companies visit campus like tata etc. Highest package for fresher is 10 lpa and average package is 2 lpa . 40 per cent of students gets placed and after getting degree I also want to take campus placements in big companies
Fees and Financial Aid
The study cost is very low as almost as 2000 per year as college fee. Because it is subsidised by bihar government rathar than OBC, SC and ST student gets post matric scholarship so they Do not face too much difficulties as fee structure
Campus Life
In the college annual function is organised every year in month of December and UDAAN as annual event. Techfest are less organised. The books and journals are available on library and you can take it for a month The sports activities organised every month as prescribed by government of bihar and classrooms are neat and clean. In college there is all types of group like poetry club Coding club etc. So you can join and enhance yourself.
Hostel Facilities
There are three boys and 2 girls hostel in the campus. In rooms there is facilities like one bed one chair and a table for every student. First two years you have to share common room for 3 people. Hostel charge is 1300 per month paid per 6 months. Registration is done after fully giving your details. In locality you can also take room as 2000 for 2 students.
Admission
To take admission in this college you have to give jee mains exam and admission took place on jee mains scorecard Through UGEAC counselling and other then through Bcece(le) exam you can take admission in second year directly. There is 75 percent reservation according to bihar government and 33 percent seats are reserved for girls. The reservation should be reduced so that the quality students come on college either they go for year back if they score less than 10 CGPA per year and Biometric attendance is also compulsory to fill up form.
