- The network problem is prominent at some hostels which results in a huge problem for students
- Water is also a issue at hostels due to iproper supply it gets diffuct for students to do daily chores that require water resulting in unhygienic routine
- The college is situated in hilly regions so cost of many si.ple things rises
Course Curriculum Overview
I have opted for electronics due my keen interest in circuits and coding. Also due India increased effort in semiconductor chips to be manufacturer in india may increase opportunity for this branch.The faculty here is very good all the teachers have completed MSc and some are PhD holders from renowed IIts. They have grasp of their subjects and know how to break complex topics into simple and interesting ones
Internships Opportunities
Company like L &T ,power grid etc provide Internship . The role depends on the company and stipends varies very much form 7000to 38000per month which depend on the company .power grid offers the highest stipend but takes exam for offering Internship with them
Placement Experience
Placement of the college is average. It depends on the course for electronics average package is around 3.5 to 4lakhs per annum . The major recruiter are HCL and qspiders while amazon also recruited one with highest package ie 12 Lakhs per annum
Fees and Financial Aid
There are scholarships for sc, st,obc and ews candidates. Fees is relatively lower than other colleges but nsp scholarships are provided for the ones mentioned above . On campus placement is given to ones with skills .LT ,qspider ,Tata ,Microsoft are recruiter
Campus Life
They fest are conducted from time to time first starts with fresher to welcome newly admitted students then there is goonj which is annual sports fest and spandan is tech fest fest which is celebrated in November or December. There is Rasyan which is annual cultural fest .and man small program like footloose (dancee competition) many more. Library have books of every kind as per your need. There is SAC (student activity cell) it is body run by students which organises all the fest and events. There are communites also for various activity like nukkad natak, social work, music ,robotics etc
Hostel Facilities
Meal quality offered is quite average . It may be bad some time but generally it is good and etable. Hostel condition are also average with slight water problem .you can register for hostel while counselling.
Admission
Admission was done on basis of jee mains rank and was done in online counselling done by utu.we were alloted branch as per our rank.All the information regarding Admission process was available on utu website. Counselling fee was 2000
