Course Curriculum Overview

Faculty to student ratio is good due to limited intake of 60..faculties are experienced and hold phd from iits and nits.. There are 2 class tests and one semester exam for each exam in a semester.....

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 100000 per year

Internships Opportunities

Vacation internships Opportunities are provided by the college.. Internship and placement with very high stipend should not be expected from the college. But you can go for off campus if you have the skills.

Fees and Financial Aid

Fee is less compared to other private and govt Institutes... Academic fee is less than 40000 for a semester.. All over fees would be around one lakh including hostel and mess fee.. Tfw seats have less fees around..

Campus Life

The size of campus is enough... It has a central Library. There are plenty of books in good condition in the library.. There is also an annual fest named goonj and tech fest named spandan.. Campus has well maintained class room in each department..

Admission

Admission is done on the basis of jee main rank... Cutoff can go upto 4-5 lakh..... Reservations and fee waiver seats can be availed with valid documents... You have to apply through UTU (uttarakhand technical university) counselling

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this course because of its affordability and the teaching quality of this college is good . They helps in choosing the real life application based projects . Teaching methods are impressive but they don't provide notes . We have make notes by attending class regularly. Frequency and timings of exams are of 3 hrs. For each subject . Difficulty level is moderate and students can prepare it well in the gap days also .

IIT Roorkee is the best one can get on overall basis.

Placement Experience:

Campus placement starts in Semester 7 and 8 for can say, in the last of graduation. HUL,TCS, Microsoft,JP Morgan and many huge companies visit campus for placements. Highest pakage in placement goes around 1.5 crore annually to lowest pakage around 8 LPA. Companies mainly comes for SDE role. But apart that few comes for PM, Data Science, Consulting profiles as well.

I always loved coding and learning about new technologies. Also, jobs in CS/IT department are paid high. The faculty and student ratio is on the medium side. Faculties are highly qualified from IIT and top private colleges. They are very helpful and have a great pedagogy.

Best college of uttrakhand

Remarks:

A very good college. There is no spoon feeding scene like that of private institute. As good ranking students are there you can have a good academic competition which will nurture your ability and groom to you be a better engineer.

-i have no choice to choose other college because my jee rank was not so good and in private college there fee structure is very high so I have to choose this college over other colleges. -yes i am rejected by many college because my jee rank was too low to get there admission. - you have to clear jee mains exam to get admission in my college. I applied for this college only as my parents allowed for this one only as it is closer to my home. The college lacks a bit in terms of infrastructure as compared to other colleges in the region. The placements are not good enough. To take admission into Btech 1st year in this college, one needs to give JEE Mains exam and UKSEE for lateral entry and 12th merit is accepted for admission in Biotechnology.
