Campus life is quite good there in grphic era.
If you are hardworking then graphic era gives tou a platform.

Dislikes

Faculties only focus on exams not learning.
Student to faculty ratio is quite low.Specially in btech cse

Course Curriculum Overview

-I chose btech because I was interested in softwares. -Faculty:student ratio is around1:80. I know it's bad... -Majority of faculties have master's degree and interestingly half of the faculties are graduated from graphic era itself. Their teaching method is quite questionable because their only purpose is to complete syllabus for semester exams. -Talking about exams, two exams are there mid term and end term.You can pass them easily by studying one night before exam except mathematics. -

Class Size: 40Course Fees: INR 170000 per year

Placement Experience

-Students become eligible for placements from end of 6th semester. -Major companies were amazon, adobe and Samsung and some others who offered a handsome amount of salary. Other.companies are also there but they are mass recruiters. -Highest package was around 40 lakhs. -Placement percentage will.be around 70-80%.

Fees and Financial Aid

-Fee structure depends upon how much percentage you got in class 12th.It goes around 300000/yr for 60% to around 150000/ur for above 90%. -There are facilities available for loan.University has tie up with banks. -There is 2500 students in btech cse and only around 25 to 30 students get above 11 lakh per anum. So, you can yourself get the idea.

Campus Life

-Grafest is their fest. Usually organized around board results to gain student's attention. -Only course books are available in library. -Classrooms are well furnished and clean. -Sports facilities like basketball court, badminton court, volleyball court and you can also get football and bat-ball from sports room and play in common ground. -A dance and a robotics club is there.You can also go for ncc and nss,they are also available there.

Admission

-eligibility of course is that you should have above 60% marks in class 12th. -You can find application form on their website and application fees was around 1500 rupees.Usually application starts after cbse board exams.

The curriculum is highly relevant, focusing on practical knowledge for real-world prep, though more hands-on application and updated content would strengthen it. Exams occur 6 times yearly; they are tough but fair for the course.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this course because of its affordability and the teaching quality of this college is good . They helps in choosing the real life application based projects . Teaching methods are impressive but they don't provide notes . We have make notes by attending class regularly. Frequency and timings of exams are of 3 hrs. For each subject . Difficulty level is moderate and students can prepare it well in the gap days also .

IIT Roorkee is the best one can get on overall basis.

Placement Experience:

Campus placement starts in Semester 7 and 8 for can say, in the last of graduation. HUL,TCS, Microsoft,JP Morgan and many huge companies visit campus for placements. Highest pakage in placement goes around 1.5 crore annually to lowest pakage around 8 LPA. Companies mainly comes for SDE role. But apart that few comes for PM, Data Science, Consulting profiles as well.

From the 7th semester you can sit on the placement drives.. Multiple companies visited like accenture,adobe,tcs etc. The percentage is little bit low this year..i have not much knowledge about it right now. I will try to get a good job.

aspects of curricullum that influenced my desicion to take admission: technical based courses are available. a well defined infrastructure. seperate buildings to involve in different regions of technology. available technical courses with updated and advanced syllabus with great faculty and seminars of different active clubs like google and microoft club. Responsive faculty and well managed curriculum to focus on specific areas of each students to make them better in the region of technolgy where they want to grow. mid level toughness with regular tests and end sem combining the internal and external practical exams.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I always loved coding and learning about new technologies. Also, jobs in CS/IT department are paid high. The faculty and student ratio is on the medium side. Faculties are highly qualified from IIT and top private colleges. They are very helpful and have a great pedagogy.

Best college of uttrakhand

Remarks:

A very good college. There is no spoon feeding scene like that of private institute. As good ranking students are there you can have a good academic competition which will nurture your ability and groom to you be a better engineer.

I always wanted to pursue engineering, so after 12th I wanted to join B. Tech as my course. Then I started to search for the best universities for the course I wanted to pursue, then I came to know about Graphic Era deemed to be University. I started to check the placement records and that were quiet impressive, the faculties and course curriculum was also the way I wanted and the way i wanted to learn. The admission process includes you should have your 12th aggregate above 60%.
