Course Curriculum Overview
I choosee this course because I want to Grasp the knowledge that how the Government functions it's roles and the various aspects on that is coverd under the government and the ideological thoughts and And in the Economics I would rather say that I gayve a wide concept of the economy of the India and the framework of the economy for an individual and the firm's , the development of the Countries and other aspects to learn.
Internships Opportunities
The Placement cell of the college has stipend with many companies and Also the placements were made. Though I was not the part of the placement cell of the college so I won't be able to tell some relevant points .
Placement Experience
The Students in the 3rd year are eligible for the placement in the college. The placement cell of the college also plays a significant role in developing the personality and that koind of confidence needed in the placement. The highest package till date I know is approx 300000 .
Fees and Financial Aid
The fee's Structure for my course was vaild and it was not that high . For other courses might include the practical and laboratory cost but including that also it was not too high. Though I have not gone for any internship or placement.
Campus Life
The campus life is good . It gives you the environment to learns the things of your own interests and also give you a chance to discover the hidden talent I yourself . Almost the All Department have their own fest and the Annual Fest Named Sabrang gives u the vibes of studying in Delhi University and the environment that it's known for. The Library of Deshbandhu college is one of best libraries in the University of Delhi though provides you various kinds of books. The classroom are well maintained and bulit and the cleanliness is properly maintained. The Deshbandhu College has one of the Best NCC including all three wings along with NSS , UBA , EBSB , and other societies like music , dance , drama , theatre etc. Deshbandhu College is also known for its Sport's participation.
Admission
The Admission Process for the course I have enrolled was on the merit Basis . The eligibility criteria was different for different subjects combination as I chose Economics with Political Science as a integrated course it was approx 84.5 % in your best four subjects of class 12th . I availed the reservation benefits as I Come under OBC non-creamy category. The communication part should be improved else everything is good .
