- Infrastructure is decent and most faculties are easygoing and supportive
- Hostel is affordable and it has good rooms and infrastructure
- Good atmosphere mostly mild cold and no need of fan all year round and absolutely loving view
Dislikes
- Not much sports facilities, small ground , one ground for everything
- Not much improvement over the years , same facilities same problems
- Wifi problems, network problem,mess food problem
Course Curriculum Overview
I did not really chose this branch it is what I got and it is same for majority of students infact over 90 percent students just get a branch they can get according to their jee mains result and like nowadays everyone is crazy over tech branches . In this college GB pant Pauri Garhwal there are some good faculties with easygoing nature and some with egoistic personalities and they can be pretty hard to deal with but all in all they are all faculties with enough qualifications and so are they knowledgeable .
Fees and Financial Aid
Fees is still lenient as it is a government college and not an NIT but normal government Btech college and there are not really many scholarships which is provided specifically by our college other than scholarship provided by government for all college students belonging to certain category kr qualifying certain criteria.
Campus Life
It is decent not really good but its okay you can see students trying spandan the tech fest which is conducted in October generally is queite entertaining but it is like looking really reapeatable and past years competition and competitors looks pretty much same
Hostel Facilities
Hostel is decent structure wise and washroom is clean but we face connection problem some times and wifi issue but it is completely affordable as it's price is low meal quality is decent it can be pretty bad sometimes but thats just how most hostels mess are and but there is very low chance of finding pg facilities actually there is not really any pg that I have heard of in vicinity
Admission
You can enter GB pant college of technology Pauri Garhwal, by JEE mains score and percentile you will need minimum of 90 percentile for CSE and AIML branches which are tech branches and most preferred ones generally. You can get ECE electronics and communication for min 80 percentile and admission process is really similar to all other colleges there is nothing new or different what so ever but it is still a decent college learning wise although it world be better you can take admission in GB pant college of technology pantnagar which you should be familiar with if you are from Uttarakhand
