I choose because after heritage I love this college, faculty and students ratio like 6:1, all of faculties are highly educated from reputed colleges like jadavpur, see this collage is under makaut univer so you might be face difficulty to pass exam but facilities are so helpful ,they provide proper notes

From 3rd year students become eligible for campus placement.Tcs ,Wipro, Capgemini,tata , and others reputed companies are visited.This year highest is 21 lpa ,and some of students get chance to do internship in MNC like Salesforce

In 2022 i took admission in this college and that course fees like around 5 lakh but now fees of all makaut colleges are high but according to me if you see then you can find you West Bengal is cheapest option for B.tech For financial support you can apply for Swami Vivekananda scholarship and other private and government scholarship

Campus Life

There are lots of club like hakerspace , yuva, magatronix, Rotaract, geenenovation club. For sports lovers , there are many activities for inter and intra college football cricket matchs. Librarys are great you can go there any time according to your choice, almost every type of books are available there

Admission

It's very good college in Kolkata it is under top 10 college in ranking private colleges. Campus is not that much great but overall all experience is excellent , seniors don't ragging Culture, placement are good ,

I don't have idea about the placements since I'm in first year now. But I talked to a senior and got to know that many got multiple offers in 4th year. I also head that packages are around 4 lpa which is a decent and also a rise than the previous year.

The summary of my four years in one of the oldest colleges in India

Placement Experience:

The campus placements happen in final year of the course. There is a well established placement cell to conduct the on-campus placements. Many well renowned companies visit our college namely Microsoft, Google, TI, TSL, PWC, ICICI, ABG. L&T, etc. The highest package was 50LPA and the average was around 9LPA. Over 90% students got placed from across every department and details of the placement is also available in the college official website. I have gotten a job from the on-campus drive to a core company.

Placement Experience:

The placements of our college are below average. Studies for placement are more or less relevant from second semester. companies like tcs, amazon etc do visit our campus however very few are selected with package above 4-5 LPA. Most of the students seek out for higher studies and that's my plan too.

After the 6th semester, the students are eligible for placements. Mass recruiters like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Accenture, Capgemini, etc visit every year and pick up 80-100 students per company. Other companies like Amazon, Thoughtworks, Etc also visit the college. The highest package offered by our college is 15LPA by Thoughtworks. Every year around 75-80% of students get placed on campus. I plan to get a good job work for 2-3 years and then apply for Masters. Overall the placement is very nice in this college.

I got this college by counselling as per my WBJEE rank. This was the best college I got according to my rank and was very good.
