I was interested in both core and non core so I choose Electronics branch. There are totally 32 lecturers for electronics and nearly 200 students for every year. All faculty members are graduated Mtech from IITs and NITs. Term exams are nearly scheduled for every 7weeks to 2 months gap. There was a lot to practice and self study. Notes given by lecturers are very useful.

Oracle with 1 lakh stipend per month, Bajaj with 29500 stipend per month, Goldman sacks with 150000 per month, Arcesium with 125000 per month, Procter and gamble with 150000 per month, atlassian with 130000 per month, Salesforce with 150000, deutche bank with 75000 per month etc.

In 7th semester students become eligible for campus placements. NITC students secured placements in firms like D. E. Shaw, Salesforce, Google, Goldman Sachs, TI, Qualcomm, Oracle, Cisco, Atlassian, SAP Labs, Micron, Marvell, Samsung, Fastenal, L&T, IBM, TCS, Caterpillar, HCL, Bosch, Infosys, Wipro, Samsung, Maruti Suzuki and Tata Motors among a total of 188 companies who visited. The highest offer made this year is Rs. 47 Lakhs Per Annum and the average offer for Computer Science and Engineering students has increased to Rs. 22.03 Lakhs from Rs. 20.54 Lakhs last year. Average offer to ECE students has seen an increase to Rs. 19.29 Lakhs from Rs. 15.34 Lakhs at the same time last year. The overall average this year has risen to Rs. 14.29 Lakhs from Rs. 12.91 Lakhs at the same time last year.84.76% of students got placed. My plans after getting degree is to do job and prepare for higher studies

I am not recieving any type of scholarships or financial assistance. Placement drive will open at the starting of 4th year. Present i have no job as I am an undergraduate student studying 3rd year. I personally think cost of studying is little high

Generally we used to have tech fest in October and cultural fest in March. There are many books in our campus library. All the reffered references are available in this library. Coming to sports, we receive a great support and also financial help when inter NIT competitions were held. Even inter branch competitions also. There are many clubs in our campus like ISTE, DND, LND, etc

In first year accommodation is for 4 students, in second and third year's accommodation is for 2 students, and in fourth year single rooms are alloted to students. Coming quality it's just average as students from other states finds their own difficulty. I personally think mess was little costly as it was charged 4200 per month.I don't know about local rooms available here.

I wrote JEE MAINS (entrance exam) for admission. I got 4000 girls category rank. Admission process in campus was done perfectly. I don't think managent doesn't need any suggestions regarding admission process
