Story of nitc students

I choose to do ECE in Nitc cause I got to know that there were good opportunities after the graduation. The faculty teaching here is nice. A faculty member will be teaching the same courses for two classes the same day. So the faculty: student ratio is good. Many faculty members teaching here have done there PHD's, some taught in IIT's before. After every semester the feedback of the course faculty will be taken from every student.The mid semester will be conducted in the 2nd month of the semester, and the end semester exams are conducted in the 5th month after the starting of semester. The toughness of the exam will depends on the course we are doing, some may be easy and some maybe very hard to pass

Many of them will be paid internships, but there will be some that are free of cost. The free of cost internships are not for everyone and are limited. Recently I came accross am intership offered from uber.

From the 7th semester you'll be eligible for campus placements. Companies like Amazon, Google, Infosys and much more visited. Regarding the no of offers I don't know the exact figures. Highest pakage was 50LPA and the average was 12LPA. Almost 90% of the total students get placed. I plan on going for higher studies after my graduation.

There will be an exception for the students with reservation in the semester fees. But it has been increased quite more compared to our seniors. Our college provides many scholarships for students, Nevertheless home state students havemore scholarship opportunities.

We have a decent library where you can find all the books you need. The class rooms are maintained nicely. The sports support here you get will be not that good. There are many clubs that are run by the students both cultural and technical clubs.

Two tables and chairs are provided each room. Food is not that tasty, we have to get adopted to it. Hostel registration is done online and fees payment is also through online the fees should be paid before the hostel is allotted.

For entering into NITC, I wrote Jee main examination. You'll need to score something like 99 percentile in Jee main to get Ece course in here. I got the addmission through open quota but for OBC male category something around 98.5 percentile is enough and for female it is some more less. The addmission process was done through "Josaa". You'll need to pay your fee through SBI gateway at the time of admission before you get to the college. For open category students the semester fees is 72000, but those who have reservation they will get fees exception and it'll be 16000. The admission process was all good, you'll just need to bring all the required documents and check if they are up to date.
