Course Curriculum Overview
As we know in the current scenario how all the things around us are influenced by technology and machines and to dive into the knowledge of that field I choose this course to pursue. This curriculum in my college gives a guy a broad idea of machines and technologies running around us in the first year and after that they focus on the subject a guy had pursued for the remaining 3 years. The teachers are so good here and if anyone wants themself to be recommended by these faculties for their higher studies they can get that with very few of hard work. The suggestion that I would like to give is that the institute needs to upgrade its traditional teaching equipment with modern equipment. The exams taken per semester are one mid-semester, one end sem, one minor, and practicals for the practical subjects the credit points are different for different subjects according to the importance of that subject in the job industry and daily life.
Fees and Financial Aid
Yes, the fees are being regularly increased but that is ok if we take the inflation rate into count while justifying this regular increment of fees for the courses. As I calculated my complete cost will be around 8 lakhs in my four years of this course study which is very affordable for a middle-class guy. There are scholarships available based on family income which is 100 percent tuition fee waiver for a guy having a family income of less than 1 lakh and 75 percentage for the guy having family income between 1 to 5 lakhs. There is very big amount of people that are employed by the administration and labs even the provide stipends for the m tech and p hd students and the amount depends upon the field it is get place in terms of stipends.
Campus Life
We have two fests in a year one is cultural fest named as incandenscence generally held in feburary and the the other is techinical fest names technosis which is held in the september generally and these are fun fests to attend. There are a lots of lots of books in the libarary of my college and this liberary is the asia's biggest digital liberary and the infrastructure of the library is very good. The technologies used to teach the students are of very traditional type and they really need to modernise that. There are to many facilites for sports and extra curricular activities ,for every sports and extra curricular activities there ar clubs and each clubs are funded by administration according to the craze of that club among students. There are 2 to 3 social groups in my college one is nss and other is gyansagar these clubs used to teach poor students and help the peoples around the college by donating blood ,foods and many other things.
Hostel Facilities
The rooms are given as per performance in academics and for each person a bed,a cupboard ,a desk and a chair is provide. The quality of meels are very good if we do compare it with other colleges of same tire but ya these are not as good as ghar ka khana. The registration for hostel is very simple and affordable and the rooms are provided as per jee rank in first year and on semester performance from second to fourth year. If someone wants to take pg to live in then it is going to be very tough for them because the college is situated near village area where there is lack of proper infrastructure and to live properly one should take pg in town which is very far from the college and it will take around 1 hour for up and down.
Admission
A person to get into my college should give jee mains. To find the application for this exam we have to go to the websites of Jee Mains and jossa and both these are government websites so they are easily available to everyone. The reservations are just normal reservation benefits that are applicable in every government college that category means general, other backward class, economically weaker sections, scheduled castes, and scheduled tribes. The entrance exam to be given to get into this course is jee mains. Jee mains is taken twice in a year and people use to take drops so on average one can appear up to 4 times for it. It is jee mains and it is considered one of the toughest exams in our country so it is tough to clear for an individual. To improve the admission process of this college I would like to recommend that NTA to take this exam in only one shift instead of taking multiple shifts because it causes a lot of difference between marks vs percentile between the shifts.
