The infra is good, washroom and basic facilites are maintained
Good library with thousands of books and air conditioned library
Teachers are adjustable and kind and helpfull

Not enough playing equipments for students
No students grievances box is there for there problems
The fans are not good and very far from students

Course Curriculum Overview

Course is good teach us practical and theorotical knowledge, its a difficult course than bba bcom etc but the knowledge u gain is also more than those courses take this only if you are ready to study

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees is very reasonable and affordable for I think most parts of society there are also some special benefits for economically backwards student Many internships are available in this course if you wish

There are many societies available if a student is interested sports are also there but college does not focus entirely on sports rest facilities given are clean and very good the library is very big u get all technology there like touchscreen tabs etc There are many fests from different societies of College

I sat for cuet to get admission in this college, exam is of 40 mins of each subject and best 4 is taken with english compulsary i got 95 overalll percentile to get admission cuet is held by delhi university every year

Honest review of DU SOL B.A. good for working students not for regular college experience

I choose B.A from DU SOL because the course curruculmis exactly the same as regular DU colleges which gives degree strong crediblity for UPSC goverment jobs and further studies like M.A the syllabus is coprehensive and covers core subjects like histyory, poltical science and english litreature in detail

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is a bit too theoretical and less practical. The exams in the college takes places every month which are seasonals and are for internal marking and then we have semester exams in every 6 months which accounts for the external marking.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course i am engaged is BA HONOURS ENGLISH in DAULAT RAM COLLEGE, UNIVERSITY OF DELHI, the course offered is comprehensive, interesting and detailed. The faculty of English honours department is fully supportive of the students, the faculty members do not just give theory or bookish knowledge but also help us improve our communication in English language. We have studied many areas of literature within the course offered- ROMANTIC LITERATURE, EUROPEAN LITERATURE, INDIAN LITERATURE, AMERICAN LITERATURE, DALIT LITERATURE AND EVEN REGIONAL LITERATURE TRANSLATED IN ENGLISH. Placement Experience:

Placements are available in college, the drive is quite extensive, everyone is made aware of the choices and options and counselling is present too. It is from the third year, students are eligible to apply for placements. Companies and organisations take part such as Niti ayog, Times, Geostrata, Prajatantra foundation, etc. Those who desire usually work on their CVs, keep on doi internships and then get a placement. The packages are not that impressive to be honest.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I got a seat in Ramjas College. It is a north-campus college. The infrastructure is too good compared to the remaining colleges. The teaching also going well but I faced some language problems. I'm from south India so I don't understand Hindi properly. But here mostly they teach in Hindi only and English is used very rarely.

DCAC- a summary of college life

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course itself is prestigious and is mostly opted for by people who plan either on preparing for the Civil Services or those who want to pursue academia. The course structure is framed in a manner that you don't just simply study history there, but you ingrain a critical viewpoint of a young historian. The faculty of History Hons. has some of the best Professors in the University, although you will in any course at any college find some teachers below your expectations, you don't have to bear them for more than 1 or 2 semesters. Passing the exams is not very difficult, but yes scoring above average is. If you get a GPA ranging from 6 to 7, you've performed fine. Above that is considered a Very good performance in Hons. courses of Social sciences at Delhi University. there are semester exams every 5- 6 months

Life in college so far

I applied to the entire delhi university and got this college in my first preference and overall I was satisfied with the same because of the nirf ranking of the college. Also, I heard a lot about the faculty from some of my cousins who have been an alumni of this college that the faculty is way too good. The admission process revolves around first clearing the cuet(ug) exam and then applying to the delhi university, then there will be 2-3 rounds of Delhi university and you'll be alloted a college as per your preferences and score and cut offs...Read More
