Review of GKV

I'm the guy who have great interest in app development things, so i mainly focussed on computer science courses, and after counselling based on my percentile, I finally get this college. I am here since two year, in which I attended many workshops, events and also join events like IMC 2023 which shapes my character as industry ready. I also focussed on my skills like web development, ai/ml and blockchain too which helps a lot. There is a load of attendance on the students which makes the students uncomfortable to work on their idea and vision, which I think a great loss of country. I think, there must be no attendance pressure required, by which students can pursue their own interest career like entrepreneurship, film industry etc. I think teaching method is good and it helps students to become industry ready. There is 3 exams taken per semester in which 2 sessional and one end sem exam.

In last 10 yers, there is a bit of increase in tution fees that is about of 15000, and it is now 109850 rupees per year. The complete cost of education for btech students in this college is 439000 rupees and the hostel fees is 188000 rupees for 4years and the total amount is about 6.5 lakh rupees for a single student to complete this course from this college. There is no direct scholarship provided by the college, the students can avail of their scholarship from their state or any private institution but the college allows only a single scholarship per year on each student. Students of this college get their internship on their skills and also there are some internships which are provided or guided by the college which makes a stipend of like 15000 rupees only. There is one annual fest like jnanagni in which students get their roles based on their skills. There are also many clubs active here which help in shaping the skills of students. The package here is an average of about 8 Lpa.

There is only a single fest conducted here that is JNANAGNI which is conducted in November of every year, which has some technical competition, DJ night, cultural things, etc. There is a good amount of books in the library which include cultural books like Vedas, Upanishads, etc., and also all engineering books too. There is also a facility for updated research journals in IT Sector, all tech fields, etc. College classrooms have good space enough for students which is about 100 students can sit easily, it have one projector, mini computer for smart board facility etc. The college has good sports facilities like badminton courts, basketball, volleyball, kabaddi, table tennis, etc., the students are also highly active in extracurricular activities like drama, singing etc. There is a group active here like Communication which mainly focuses on coding skills. Groups for cultural fest, and hacking clubs are also active here which is completely run by the students.

The candidate can get this college after qualifying the jee mains exam but the candidate must appearing in intermediate or one or two year dropper. The application form is available on jeemains.nta.nic.in and registration starts in November of each year, the registration fees is 1000 INR per exam. There is 2 exams conducted every year. There is a good reservation benefits for sc/st and obc students in exam and in counselling too. The reservation candidates needs less percentile than general students to qualify the exam. 1st exam is conducted in 1st or 2nd week of january month, the candidate have 3hrs to complete this exam and 30 questions for per subject in exam in which 20 single choice question and 10 integer type questions and only 5 questions are must to do over 10 integer type questions. 15 lakh students are do their registration for this exam every year. So, to get admission in top nit or gftis, the candidates must came in top 5 percentile of students. whole process is good.
