OVERALL THE COLLEGE IS PRETTY GOOD. THE MANAGEMENT IS ALSO VERY GOOD. THIS IS A COLLEGE UNDER TECHNO INDIA GROUP.

I appeared for JEE mains and WBJEE 2017. I opted for this college through the process of online counseling. My admission was according to my rank in WBJEE which was about 15000. My score for WBJEE was 55.

Yes, this college provides internship but not always. You need to be eligible for the internship. Generally, students do not get any stipend.
Placement Experience
The overall placement and job opportunities in the state of West Bengal is poor so is the scenario over here. Less than 50 % of students get placed from here. The main recruiter for this college is TCS WIPRO COGNIZANT IBM ETC. Though the college was one of the best in civil engineering.
College Events
The main celebration every year are: Footprints. the freshers welcome ceremony. next comes paridhi the inter-college technical fest. Several inter-department and intra college events occur such as cricket league, Rotaract week etc. There are also many clubs within the college.
Fee Structure And Facilities
There is a moderate fee structure. Which approximately sums up to 3.9 lakhs. During the admission, the student has to pay for the uniform and the security deposit. The average semester fee is about 43 thousand. students can also opt for education loan.

Yes, students may apply for the scholarship from the West Bengal GOVERNMENT. For which the candidate has to apply prior to the scholarship test.
Campus Life
Campus life is full of fun and enjoyment. the campus is a ragging free campus. Where senior and junior act as friends. The ratio of the male is more in core departments i.e. electrical, mechanical and civil the picture changes for ECE IT CSE department. ROBOTICS event occurs twice a year. DEBATEs are conducted in the language lab. Labs are conducted according to the MAKAUT syllabus. The students are a sports freak.
Hostel Facilities
There is no hostel within the campus. The official hostel is just opposite the college was known as the SAHARA hostel. The girls and boys hostel is separate. The food is moderate though not too tasty. Students may also arrange for their own mess. P.G is also available in the locality. A/c hostel is not available.
Alumni/Alumna
Senior students are very helpful the mix up with juniors as friends. The alumni members stay in connect with the college very frequently.
Exam Structure
The exam structure is mainly divided into two parts. INTERNAL and External. Internal consists of unit tests , class attendance , daily interaction. External consists of 70 marks final examination. Exams and Labs are frequent but not at all hectic. Students should attend all the lab and exams. Students with low attendance cannot appear for the exams.
Admission
to this college can be by various methods. Entrance examination like WBJEE, JEE (MAIN / ADVANCE). Other than online counselling admission can be through management quota. Faculty
The faculty members are extremely educated and knowledgeable and wise. Students may reach to the teacher after the class for clearing the doubt. Most of the faculty members are PhD degree holders or m.phil or m.sc. The faculty of this college ranks above most of the college in west Bengal.
