College of Technology, pantnagar a summary

My course curriculum is up to date teachers are very good laboratories are functional and clean workshop is very good. There is 8 semester in my curriculum and a final exam is conducted after every semester.

You can get internship in many companies like TATA motors, L&T, Century or other companies in sidcul in Rudrapur, you get roles like inten where you learn different things related to your branch and interest

After 6th semester students become eligible for campus placement , TATA L&T visits and avarage package in mechanical is 6 lakhs per annum and highest goes up to 10 to 12 lakhs, arround 60 persent of students get placed.

Total cost of education is around 5 to 6 lakh, the college alumini network is very strong because, s college is functional since 1962, you can apply for National scholarship program or the scholarship given by dean of Student welfare of University, campus size is very big as universities situated in 16000 acre.

Everyone loves college festivals, National level technical fest named colosseum is conducted in May, and many cultural festival is conducted in every 2-3 months, College has many societies[ like ETS, ed-board, and branch chapter of every branch] University have one of the best library in uttarakhand , where you can read many journals and research papers. Classrooms are avarage, some classes have smart-board

There are 22 hostels in University, rooms are average, in first year 3 students lives together, in second year 2 and in 3rd and 4th year you get your personal room. Food is provided 4 times in a day, you will get aalu ka paratha most of the time in brackfast, mostly food is avarage.

Admission is done on the basis of JEE mains, percentile required for mechanical is 80 to 90 percentile, admission on the basis of UTU counselling, college is very good, college administration is very good.
