Course Curriculum Overview
As there is a vast opportunity in job field. I preferred to choose Chemical engineering. The curriculum helps me best for my placement. More practical knowledge should be provided. Exams are semester wise, 2 main exams are held in 1 semester
Internships Opportunities
There are many local companies which provide internships, or one can approach any companies govt. Or non-govt for internship opportunities. In the companies one can do field research or do lab works and gain knowledge
Placement Experience
Student become eligible for placement from 7th semester. The company list is so many. One can check in the college website. Sometimes the package is as high as 52 lpa and as low as 5 lpa. 60% studenta are getting placement If didn't get a job than do MBA
Fees and Financial Aid
Tuition fee is same as when I got admitted in the college. In a semester I had to pay ? 26,000 on ews category basis. There are few scholarship schemes which provide good financial help. As I am not yet graduated I don't have any job right now, but the college placement scenario is pretty good.
Campus Life
There are mainly two fests held in the college, Technical fest and cultural fest. More over in every month there is something happening in the college For studies all necessary of books are available. Among the NITs our college have one of the best sports complex And there are many technical and cultural clubs in the college.
Hostel Facilities
The hostels are very good. All necessities are available . The meal is 5 out of 10 The registration process is very easy through the college website MIS. One can take rent in the locality. But not recommended.
Admission
At first we had to appear for the Joint entrance examination. At our year we had to give the exam 4 times. I got to NITA at the 4th round of the councelling. For getting into Chemical engineering one have to clear the cut off of 80% but there are some category wise relaxation. One can find the college application and forms in the college website (MIS). In the college we have exams semester wise in every semester we have 2 main exams.
