Course Curriculum Overview

My chosen course Computer Science and Engineering is very dynamic and very much interesting as it is very much applicable for real world such as C++ ,C and many other programming languages ... The above curriculum is preparing me very well for the real world programming world.... They should make the course very much practical.. even though labs are there... Gap of exam is very much less for us ime only 2 month gap between mid semester and end semester

Internships Opportunities

PayPal,Paytm,Goldman Sachs and many other companies offer internships with good stipend around 25000 per month... Web development projects, software development projects and many other languages need to be learned to clarify the tasks....

Placement Experience

Students become eligible for campus placements from around 7th semester Infosys,TCS,Wipro,PayPal,Paytm and many other companies visit here... and lots of offers are made here.... Infosys pays around 12 lakhs as highest package and 3 lakhs as avg package... Around 91% students get campus placements My plans after getting degree is doing company role and getting govt job...

Fees and Financial Aid

Tuition fee increased for only 1 year and decreases for next 2 years... such as it was around 12800 now it is 11580.. Total cost would be around 11580 per year.. as I gave availed reservation benefits as SC no Scholarship is availed as my family's income level is more than 10 lacs...

Campus Life

Annual and technical festivals are held in our college such as MOKSHA in February ,AAYAM in January etc There are large number of books and journals available in the library for whichever I can read.. Facilities and technical provisions within the classrooms are very good... Sports and extracurricular activities offered every year on the campus... There are many clubs such as ANARC,DCC ,GDSC,D-Zire etc...

Hostel Facilities

Hostel facility is very good ... Fans and light work very well in all the rooms... and room is also very pleasant type.. Meal quality is very good and in menu different types of meals are offered.... Registration process is very simple for students like us.. I have paid around 45000 per 1 year....

Admission

My eligibility of the course i.e CSE is basically passing jee mains exam under 64000 rank I.e around 92.4 percentile.. Cutoff was around 92.4 percentile First application form I have applied was on around Feb.. and then on March I have given my 1st attempt ... even though on my 2nd attempt I have cleared the cutoff.... Yes I have availed reservation benifit as SC for fee structure of college but I have admission in OPEN category but I can avail for fee structure Gap i.e timing of exam was around 2-3 months between my 1st attempt and 2nd attempt.. Admission process is very accurate but harsh for student like us as we students will always struggle even though some change occur

From 6th semester students become eligible for campus placements. Many compines visit in our college like tcs, ibm, jio, Infosys. The highest Pacakedge is of 40 lpa and average package is 8.5 lpa .30 percent of students get placed

If i say it clearly. You can apply for internships even after 1st year or semester but what really matters is time if you are dedicated for that the please do it But ideally you are applicable for on campus internships from 3rd year. After my bTech degree i am planning to pursue MTech in EE

Best technical institute in Tripura

Placement Experience:

Every year placements happen and about 80 percent of the total students of the institute get placed in various dream tier and other companies with good packages. The packages depend on year to year, more specifically on hiring trends. I still did not make a decision for my post degree plans.

Placement Experience:

From third year students are eligible for campus placement and internships. Many companies visit like Microsoft , CISCO , L&T , Mahindra etc . Highest package offered was 52lpa in tech and 20lpa in core and average package is 9lpa. Around 75% student get placed . My plan is to do M.tech by qualifying GATE exam .

Life in Nit Agartala

Placement Experience:

Placements are good enough if you if your skills are much better than others if your CG is at least above them 8.5 then you will definitely get a good package so many companies comes to our college including Microsoft Google Amazon etc.. highest package of last year is 68 lpa

NIT Agartala is one of the most prettiest colleges in India!!

Placement Experience:

From Gaya Steel, to JK Tyres and companies involved in production were the ones who gave us placements. On and average production engineers at our college were paid around 4-5 lakhs a year. The lowest of all but still in top corporate houses as no start-ups are into production. This established names where the one who gave us placements.

placements are moderate in this college. many seniors got an opportunity of internship in google and different prestigious companies. you can be eligible for internships and placements in 5th semester. i thing highest pacake if 70 lakh from google and 12 lakh is average package from computational mathematics branch. and recently 22 lakh package has been taken by our senior by phonep company. i just want an internship in my 3rd year in an tech company and want to get placed in the 4th year. I thing above 90% students get placed in our college

It is long journey of hard work how i get in this college and course . First I qualified JEE main but not got good rank so I got Biotech branch in NIT Agartala according to my rank . But I studied well in first year and scored a high CGPA and slided my branch to Mechanical . I have in all top NITs but not got a ceat there . Admission is only through JEE main rank . JOURNEY TO NIT AGARTALA

When I was applying to collleges, I appeared for JEE Mains and applied to other NITS and IIITS , My aim wwas to secure admission in reputed national institutes with good placements. I got admission in NIT Agartala(ECE Branch),which i chose over other colleges because of NIT brand value, national-level peer group, alumini network. I couldn't make it to the top tier NITS and IIITS as my JEE rank was slightly higher than their cutoff range. The competition is extremely tough and even a few marks can make huge difference in rank. The admission process is conducted through JoSAA/CSAB councelling based on score, For btech admission,JEE main is the accepted and most prefrred exam. The basic eligibilty is passing 10+2 wiht Physics ,Chemistry and Maths. Cutoff vary depending on category and branch.
