Course Curriculum Overview
The reason why I choose this subject because I like history and want to know more about it . History have the best opportunities to pursue the UPSC , Anthropology, archeology and we can learn more about historical researches . The faculty im the department of history is updated and well versed in the field of history and have adopted student friendly teaching methods which make me suggest this subject in JMC to the students who likes to pursue higher studies in history. The exams are conducted at the end of every semester with moderate difficulty level .
Fees and Financial Aid
The fees structure of the course is 21350 per year which will be 85400 for four years according to current fee structure and the exam fees which will be according to your subject and the number of practical exams and approximately below 2000 and the college also have financial assistance and scholarship offers to the students who deserve that and students should enquire directly in the administration block to know more about the financial assistance policy and scholarships. The campus have placement facilities for the departments which is eligible for placements like commerce department.
Campus Life
JMC is a women's only college.The campus life is fun and enjoyable for the students who would like to enjoy a nice campus this will be the best choice. The college have facilities like library, canteen, classrooms with projectors, white boards, fans and ventilation and the Library is a two floor library and it have a calm atmosphere to study and is equipped with desktops. The college is also actively participating in sports like football, basketball, handball, fencing, boxing and is also active in other extra curricular activities like dance and drama. The college have societies to conduct and promote extra curricular activities. The college also have NCC and NSS. The college conducts annual department fest and fairs.
Admission
The Eligibility of the course was the 12 pass with above 50-60 % with cuet entrance examination. We can find the application form from the official website of cuet and Delhi University. The application form will be available in online mode and can be submitted in online . The application date and the other details will be available in the official website of Delhi University and cuet . There is reservation benefits in JMC for Christian minority, handicapped , OBC, SC and ST but JMC give more priority to Christian minority. Exams are conducted in the end of every semester. The difficultly level is according to the subject . I would like to improve the way of important things of admission process are notified to the candidate as majority of details are not reaching most of the students.
