GOOD COLLEGE

The College in which I got addmission is PARALA MAHARAJA ENGINEERING COLLEGE which is partially Autonomous college (Autonomous -college is entitled to operate freely and independently without the interference of any institution or organization.) But the curriculum is totally based under the university which is Biju Patnaik University of Technology (BPUT). For this time the curriculum is not that much good than previous . The curriculum we get having less classes scheduled and basic topics are removed by which it will be quite difficult for us to understand the main and important topics. Here all the faculties are very good . In a semester we have to give 2 internal examination, 2 quiz test , 2 surprise test and lot of assignments and at last one Semester examination. Difficulty level is totally based on the faculties for the internals and University for the semester exams . Previous year question are repeated in a circular manner. In this College semester is completed within 4 months.

I got the seat through OJEE COUNCILLING,In OJEE COUNCILLING we pay 10,000 rupees in OJEE website to reserve the seat we got in particular college after that in document verification time we have to pay the rest amount of money that 29,900 which makes total of 39,900. If you are applying in onspot councelling then you have to pay 20,000 in the OJEE website and 19,900 in document verification time. After 1st year the College fees will be reduced to 27,500 All the fees are included in this amount except hostel fees . For first year the College will allotted on the basis of their rank if they get in campus hostel then they have to pay 30,360 for 1st semester Mess charge-17,000 Hostel charge -13,360 If you don't get in campus hostel then you can apply for Off campus hostel whose fees is 55,000 for 2 semester. As I am new to this college and as per my knowledge different types of clubs are there for different purposes such as Photography- SHADOW Art, design -IMAGICS Study and manufacturing robots - ROBOSTREAK Dancing and Singing -CADENCE Script writing, Role play -SANSKRUTNATIONAL CADET CORPS (NCC) , NATIONAL SERVICE SCHEME (NSS) FOR TFW students or students belonging to SC,ST category can avail free books and for others they have library card to get books Students are getting much better opportunities to grow themselves and Excel in their life. Overall the teachers are very helpful nd as well as supportive . And in classroom smart board are there get more knowledge about the topic by the help of 3d animation.. Library of the college contains best books that we need for our studies and we can do self study there also we can access ebooks. The College also contains reference hall in reference hall computer are there also free internet. And college conduct different events in even semester

The Minimum Eligibility for the course I obtained is qualification upto class 12th with physics, chemistry,maths subject compulsory after that you will be eligible for the Entrance examination that is JOINT ENTRANCE EXAMINATION (JEE MAINS) which is conducted by NATIONAL TESTING AGENCY (NTA) twice every year in the month of January and April . It also contains quota for OBC,SC and ST . The reservation we get is some mark reduction/percentile reduction for qualifying for JEE ADVANCE . If you are eligible for JEE ADVANCE and you qualify that exam then you will be able to get chance in INDIAN INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY (IIT) to pursue BTech After the Two JEE MAINS AND ONE JEE ADVANCE you will get your rank card on behalf of your mark . After that Councilling will be conducted by JoSAA for NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY (NIT), INDIAN INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY (IIT), State colleges and private colleges.
