Course Curriculum Overview
The course is helping me in a lot of ways first it is giving me the knowledge of becoming a good academically as well as a good attitude engineer and it helps me understanding the things that we see in our daily life say in a electrical vehicle or a circuit or transformer or switchyard of various PSUs for producing electricity and passing it to various substations. The improvements that need to be done i think beyond the bookish knowledge the student also have the prior idea what is going on field as he/she have to serve their professional career there.
Internships Opportunities
Many campanies visited our college and give internship of stipend having approximately of 50k-1lakh where u have a good scoring marks and have a in hand complete project of yours and a deep knowledge of your subjects
Placement Experience
For placement in campus a student have to be in 7th sem that means u r eligible for campussing from 7th sem. This year highest package is approx around 30LPA and average is 10 LPA. Percentage of students getting placement is approximately 75-85%. My plan after the course is getting a good job and work sincerely for my company for which i am going to work.
Fees and Financial Aid
There is no icreament of fees rather there is always a slight decrement of fees of semesters. The complete fees is approximately around 240000. The scholarship that i get is Ishan Uday central scheme and it helps me a lot in my education this days. Campus employment is also preety good.
Campus Life
Our cultural fest name is MOKSHA and technical fest name is AAYAM. As it is a national level college we have a central library where we get variety of books here always. We have the biggest sports complex in whole ASIA . So there is a variety of option of sports starting from football cricket tennis badminton etc. And other curricular activities like yoga , NCC ,different types of clubs like for music, dance , social activity, drama , coding etc
Admission
I have applied for jee mains and done my counselling through josaa and get admission in NIT Agartala. The jee mains is a 3 hours entrance examination where a student have to prepare for 3 subjects physics, chemistry and mathematics . The difficulty of paper is pretty hard but it improves your caliber of thinking and power of handling hard situation at such a young age. And the improvement during counselling process that had to be done i think is that as it is a govenment based exam the fees of application form should be free or should be at minimum range and same for boys and girls too
