Course Curriculum Overview

4

I was very much interested in my chemical engineering field and so i choose this course The curriculam is well and i m learning every day about how to deal the real world challenges Teaching method is good but vary from faculty to faculty as everyone has there way of teaching The frequency of semester is like 4 to 5 months and it has one midterm and other is endterm which is the main exam and the paper is moderate in difficultyness if one prepares well

Placement Experience

4

After 6th sem and during the 7 the sem Companies like Asian paints, trident,LNT, reliance, phonepe, deloitte, vedanta, and many more with more than 100 of offer Highest can go upto 30 40 lakhs CTC and lowest is around 3 4 lakhs Around 75 to 80 percent I would be sitting for my campusing this year and wanted to experience job life after getting my degree

Fees and Financial Aid

Tuition fee for each semester is not fixed as it increase or decrease depending upon the semester For general student semester fee is about 60-70k and for reserved and EWS ones it is about 5-10 k It also depend on the annual income of the family Below 1 lakh income- fee is 5 - 8k Between 1-5 lakh - fee is 25-35k More than 5 lakh - fee is 60 -70k Mine one is more than 5 lakh one catergory and i pay around 60-70 k each semester There are many schemes like ishan uday,BR amedhkar scholarship about 60 to 70 k each semester ,nsp portal and stipend for merit and girls student is also available which is about 15 to 20 k in 4 years No

Campus Life

4.5

Moksha the cultural fest occured during the month of jan- feb Tech fest is going to be held around march The availability is great for books in library Facilities like smart classes, lab assessment, industrial visits, free wifi and many more Sports and extracurricular activities are of great exposure in our college we have dance ,song, drama, litarery, sports and many other clubs.our students participate for inter nits for sports like chess, badminton, table tennis, volleyball, cricket, football, weighlifting Social group like we can club which is basically for rural areas poor students who get free tuition and guidance from the students of our college

Admission

Eligibility of course- the student must have cleared jee mains exam and scored above the cut off marks which vary from year to year and based on that percentile he /she can get any nits in India and also can choose his /her branch. The application form is available on the website of josaa and have to pay around 2k -3k during filling the form and that money get adujusted during the admission procedure The cutoff is comparatively low for sc/st/obc/EWS/PWD as compare to general candidates one and also there is relaxation in their semester fee The timing was of 3 hours and as I give my exam in covid year I got 4 chances to clear my jee mains exam and difficulty of my paper was tough for physics and mathematics paper as compare to chemistry one I believe the cut off for general and reserved one should not have much difference as there is a huge gap between the cut off and general students find it hard for getting admission in nits

Every year placements happen and about 80 percent of the total students of the institute get placed in various dream tier and other companies with good packages. The packages depend on year to year, more specifically on hiring trends. I still did not make a decision for my post degree plans.
