Remarks

The good thing about the college is campus life and good faculty. The bad thing is it is very far from the city and you will definitely feel you are on the outskirts. Medicine. You know what it is just by seeing the name. Life-saving, life-giving and ultimately, Living every minute of it.

Entrance Preview

This college is in Bengaluru. Might be the outskirts, but it is ok to be in Bengaluru than being anywhere else. The facilities are good with the best faculty possible for medicine. This college has a good hospital intact with it. So you don't need to travel to go for postings and stuff.

Course Curriculum Overview

5

This course is 4 and hapf years with one year internship. Hence it becomes a five and half year course. We need to study a minimum of 20 subjects at the end of our course. First year is a pre clinical course with anatomy, Physiology and biochemistry as three subjects.

Internships Opportunities

Yes. My college do provide and internship. But the matter of stipend is not well known because I'm a first year student. And according to the talks, you may not get it.

Placement Experience

4

The placement and job opportunities of our college is good. You know, this is MBBS and if you are not placed anywhere, you can just open a clinic and practice your profession. But hospitals coming to the college and hiring the students is a joke because you cannot expect that in this course.

College Events

5

Sports day, ethnic day, college day, hostel day and other fests are done in our college. Different kinds of sports and games, competitions will be held in our college. Ethnic day is when you wear ethnic wears and party in your college. College day is when many cultural programs are held. Hostel day is the day of hostellites who can enjoy the food instead of boring daily food in the hostel.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure is moderate. But I would like to tell it's slightly expensive for a middle-class family student in India. The clinical fee is a bit more when you compare it with other colleges. Other than that no more expense is felt. But if you are a government quota student your life will be good.

Fees and Financial Aid

College personally doesn't give any loans or stuff but if you want, you can borrow it from any of the local banks.

Campus Life

3

Campus life is very chilling. you need to wear a formal dress while at the college. The gender ratio is almost equal to one. The extracurricular activities, sports, games etc are encouraged. Events like women's day, sports day, debates on current social topics and medical topics were also held.

Hostel Facilities

1.5

Hostel facilities for staying is very good if you compare to other colleges. But the food is where you need to think twice before staying here. 3 in a room with everyone in separate compartments. Each compartment is provided with a cot, table, chair, and wardrobe.

Alumni/Alumna

Seniors are very good. Nobody troubles the students here. They will mingle with in every event without any ego issues

Exam Structure

Exam stucture is very good. You simultaneously get that chilling mode and stress mode always ON. Weekly tests, surprise tests are held to enhance the preparation for the final University examination. Internals and labs are done in a possibly good way where you won't be much stressed.

Admission

First you need to take an entrance exam, either neet or kcet. Now neet is mandatory, so based on neet marks, the councelling is done. After councelling, i have selected this college and after visiting the college, you need to pay them the clinical fee and college fee to get into the course in this college.

Faculty

5

The faculty of the college is very good. Might not be the best but they're better. Our college has MBBS qualified professionals and PhD completed tutors as well. They will help you their best to make you go through the flow of the course. You can also get into extracurricular activities.

Course Curriculum Overview:

curriculum is designed to be highly relevant and comprehensive for modern medical practice.Early Clinical Exposure is One of the strongest aspects of the curriculum is introducing students to patients in their very second year. The final year of the curriculum—the Compulsory Rotatory Residential Internship (CRRI) is effective it prepares students for the high-pressure environment of Indian healthcare, making them very capable of handling emergencies and outpatient departments (OPD ). Students feel that lectures are still too focused on passive PowerPoint presentations.Rigorous schedule, integrating "Life Skills" or "Stress Management" modules more formally into the foundation course would be helpful. The university exams (RGUHS) are generally fair but require a very high level of descriptive writing and practical precision.
