Nit agartala Feedback afet first year

All the faculty members are well trained. In first year, courses for all branches are same. Course curriculum includes basic topics important for your further courses. Engineering physics, chemistry, mathemathics, basic electronics, basic electrical, introduction to programming (c language) , engineering graphics and english are taught in first year along with some lab work. Two semester in a year, each semester have mid term of 20 marks and end term of 50 marks and 30 marks for internal. Questions are quiet easy in examination.

From fourth semester students are eligible for internship and placements. Google, Amazon, Samsung, Oracle, Accenture, IBM, Nokia, TCS, Cognizant, Infosys, Wipro are some famous companies visited our campus. Around 80% student get placed. Last year highest package was around 55 lpa for electrical, ece and cse students.

There is no tution fee increase policy. Tution fee and academic charges cost around Rs 75000 per semester. Hostel and mess fee will cost around 26200 per semester, one time hostel registration fee rs 7000 to be submitted in first semester. College does not provide any scholarship from their side. All central and state government scholarship available. Loan facility available in campus.

Moksha, the annual and cultural festival of nit agartala held in January every year. Aayam is tech fest at nit agartala oraganised in March. There is a big central Library in which most of the books and journals are available. The only problem in library is that you won't find any novel or story book in hindi. Apart. Every year books are added. Apart from central Library, every department have their own small library. For the first year classes are normal like schools but from 2nd year ownward, it will feel you are in nit. Volleyball, basketball,badminton, table tennis, chess,hockey, football, cricket and athletics are played in our college. One common gym is present . Different clubs are present. You can join of your intrest.

You will be provided one fan, bed (matress not included), one chair, one table, and tubelight. Two students are provided one room. Batharooms and floor are cleaned regularly. Common room is available in hostel in which one tv is provided. Food are not as expected but can eat. From price point of view food is good. Breakfast and lunch is common for both veg and non veg. Non veg is provided only in dinner. Hassle free registration process for hostel.

Must be having 75 % in senior secondary. Entrance exam jee mains. For obc your crl should be around 72000 for civil engineering. You can get into through josaa counselling or csab counselling. Csab is little bit late. So you will have to face difficulty to reach out at the college in minimum possible time.
