Likes

Large space in college, many more trees
Hostel facility provided for student that make easy for other states student
Best teacher, supporting teacher, and good management but it could be better

Dislikes

College is more far from city, and expenses is too much
Mess food is always a point of discussion because sometimes it's good sometimes it's too bad
One thing is that we didn't even get any girlfriend 😁, even i have so much girls freind

My father is still working in construction companies So i have some interest in civil engineering that's why i choose this branch We have lab for practicals and trained teacher who support us always Some improvement is to be done by taking modern equipment, repair of old building, etc Although we have end term and mid term exam every semester once in 45-50 days . Exams are easy and taught topics come in exam

Class Size: 85Course Fees: INR 120000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

Not much knowledge about tution fees policy But one good thing is that we have fees recession policy for less income student Including mess hostel and clg expenses 650000+21000 Lots of scholarship for girls sc st boys, but less for obc general boys We are enjoying little bit here.

Campus Life

We have Moksha for all years And tech fest And always welcome in clubs Library is provided all books are available All classes have projector Best playground for indoor games And outdoor games We have social clubs for poor children, art clubs, music clubs many more

Admission

Hello there I am prashant sharma Persuing btech degree in civil engineering at NIT agartala Actually i got less percentile in jee mains Thats why i only get civil engineering here I filled the application form of jee 2023 in dec and given january attempt and got 93.4 percentile and through csab i got NITA Actually i am a obc student but i got nita from my general rank Every semester we have mid term exam per 1.5 months. although exam are easy to moderate and the topics are well taught by teacher Although admission process is good , quick and and teachers are so cooperative

From 6th semester students become eligible for campus placements. Many compines visit in our college like tcs, ibm, jio, Infosys. The highest Pacakedge is of 40 lpa and average package is 8.5 lpa .30 percent of students get placed

If i say it clearly. You can apply for internships even after 1st year or semester but what really matters is time if you are dedicated for that the please do it But ideally you are applicable for on campus internships from 3rd year. After my bTech degree i am planning to pursue MTech in EE

Best technical institute in Tripura

Placement Experience:

Every year placements happen and about 80 percent of the total students of the institute get placed in various dream tier and other companies with good packages. The packages depend on year to year, more specifically on hiring trends. I still did not make a decision for my post degree plans.

Placement Experience:

From third year students are eligible for campus placement and internships. Many companies visit like Microsoft , CISCO , L&T , Mahindra etc . Highest package offered was 52lpa in tech and 20lpa in core and average package is 9lpa. Around 75% student get placed . My plan is to do M.tech by qualifying GATE exam .

Placement Experience:

Placements are good enough if you if your skills are much better than others if your CG is at least above them 8.5 then you will definitely get a good package so many companies comes to our college including Microsoft Google Amazon etc.. highest package of last year is 68 lpa

NIT Agartala is one of the most prettiest colleges in India!!

Placement Experience:

From Gaya Steel, to JK Tyres and companies involved in production were the ones who gave us placements. On and average production engineers at our college were paid around 4-5 lakhs a year. The lowest of all but still in top corporate houses as no start-ups are into production. This established names where the one who gave us placements.

placements are moderate in this college. many seniors got an opportunity of internship in google and different prestigious companies. you can be eligible for internships and placements in 5th semester. i thing highest pacake if 70 lakh from google and 12 lakh is average package from computational mathematics branch. and recently 22 lakh package has been taken by our senior by phonep company. i just want an internship in my 3rd year in an tech company and want to get placed in the 4th year. I thing above 90% students get placed in our college

Eyeopener

It is long journey of hard work how i get in this college and course . First I qualified JEE main but not got good rank so I got Biotech branch in NIT Agartala according to my rank . But I studied well in first year and scored a high CGPA and slided my branch to Mechanical . I have in all top NITs but not got a ceat there . Admission is only through JEE main rank . JOURNEY TO NIT AGARTALA

When I was applying to collleges, I appeared for JEE Mains and applied to other NITS and IIITS , My aim wwas to secure admission in reputed national institutes with good placements. I got admission in NIT Agartala(ECE Branch),which i chose over other colleges because of NIT brand value, national-level peer group, alumini network. I couldn't make it to the top tier NITS and IIITS as my JEE rank was slightly higher than their cutoff range. The competition is extremely tough and even a few marks can make huge difference in rank. The admission process is conducted through JoSAA/CSAB councelling based on score, For btech admission,JEE main is the accepted and most prefrred exam. The basic eligibilty is passing 10+2 wiht Physics ,Chemistry and Maths. Cutoff vary depending on category and branch.
