All about my college

The college management is growing day by day by there mutual decisions for the betterment of the college. You can see the positivity around you in the college.

I had opted because only this college has the branch of leather technology. The second reason is that it is the premier college of both Bihar and North India. It is also the oldest college of Bihar having good infrastructure. It provides the quality education to the students.

The course structure is awesome. It is divided according to the semester. But from the research side, the structure is slightly not in the favorable condition because of the old laboratory equipment but the procurement of the laboratory would be done in this year.

Yeah, my college provides the internship from the first year in various things. I don't know in deep because I am in the 2nd year. Yeah, you can visit our college website for this stuff.

I don't know in deep because I am in the 2nd year. But various companies visited our campus last year. They have provided the intern and assured the job of the seekers in their company. Apart from this a news have come that this year a France based multinational company will visit our campus.

Various events are conducted in our college as a cultural event, a sports event(inter-sports championship), and science events(hackathon). It provides the student to go through the extracurricular activities. Apart from this, they can get certificates and prizes for these events. You can visit the college website for more information.

The fee structure is feasible because of the government-owned college. It is reliable for the poor students too. For the day scholar students the fees are around 80000 - 1 lac including the exam fees books etc. and for the hostler, it may be approx 3 lacs including hostel fees, mess, etc.

The scholarship is available for the reserved students by the post-matric scholarship. The loan provided for the student is student credit card which is availed by the Bihar government.

Campus-life is awesome. The CCTVs are everywhere on the college campus that makes the campus diversity positive. The gender ratio is almost right. The labs are available for the student. The extracurricular activities are provided and organized by the college time to time. For the debates, soft skill classes are provided by the administration.

Hostel facilities are better and mess is too. The rooms in the hostel are good and the mess is also good but I don't know in deep because I am a day scholar student. The hostels tell that the room provided is better but the mess has to grow more in their services.

Yeah, both the alumni network and senior students are very helpful. They help us with the study, etc. They treat us well. They are too good to be said. We all are like a family but there are some restrictions too.

The exam is conducted semester wise. There will be a mid-semester exam too. In end semester exam there will be a theoretical and a practical exam. It is both difficult and easy depending upon your study. From my view, some exams are hectic and some are chilling out.

I got admission through entrance exam. It is organised by the state board. The admission seekers may come through the BCECE exam which are conducted by the Bihar Govt. The exam consists of two phase as exam 1 and 2.After that the merit result will come and they have to go through the counselling process in Patna, Bihar. And at last the student will come to the MIT and get admitted.

The faculty is interested in their perspective subject and also qualified by the master's degree. They are always available to us. They always try to give us more than they can. They go for proper training in various NITs and IITs. Some of them are experienced, new to the field, young, etc. They are experienced in their own way.
