- Campus is with large area with availability of park, shopping complex,bank
- There is separate building for each department

- There is in time limit in girls hostel which is a problem
- Less availability of auto and cars to move to other areas
- Gym facility is not there in sports complex for girls
Course Curriculum Overview
Our college NIT AGARTALA is no doubt a very good institute with all good facilities. Faculties are well educated experienced. Our lab faculties and lab assistant are well experienced. The things they have to develop is that lab equipments and machines should be working well and during exam there is no break day to revise and study
Internships Opportunities
There are so many good company which comes to institute. Like reliance, Google, Asian paints, l and T , etc. they give stipend for internships also for core department and people who are interested in coding can go for IT companies too
Placement Experience
Placement scenerio is getting low day by day.. our chemical department is quite good in the campus .last year almost 60% placement is done. Average package is 9lakh per annum. Good companies come to campus for placement like reliance,paints
Fees and Financial Aid
The tution fee is high but one can get fee remission if yearly income is below 5lakh they get 2/3 fee remission and if it's below 1lakh full fee remission. There are a lot of scholarship for general candidate like Ishan uday scholarship, minority scholarship, professional course scholarship, etc
Campus Life
College life is the most colourful, enjoyable life. It's not forgettable, in our college there is so many fest like MOKSHA, AAYAM, dandiya night, saraswati puja diwali, and many more cultural, technical, religious festivals. There is huge sports complex in the campus and so many clubs for sports, technical , management
Hostel Facilities
Hostel facility is not upto the mark . Mess food is not so good, it's average. Hostel rooms are very small for 2 people. Washroom is combined in each floor. But the money is not so less also.. hostel fee is quite high being a central institute.
Admission
I'm a student of NIT AGARTALA. I gave JEE MAINS in 2022 with a percentile of 80 I sit in JOSAA counseling. Then after 6 rounds I got a seat of chemical engineering in NIT AGARTALA . For applying in NIT or IIT you have to write the JEE MAINS exam first. There is reservation seats for ST,SC,OBC, GENERAL (EWS),PWD candidates. If you are an general candidate you have to get good score to get a seat but if you have a reserved seat you can get a good seat in low percentile. You can get all information about JEE mains in the NTA website. it is held twice a year. For getting good marks in JEE one have to be very expert in maths, physics, chemistry. Specially in physics, chemistry numerical problems and also u have to be quick enough to complete in time
