LIFE OF A PROGRAMMER

The main reason of choosing Computer Science and Engineering , becauce I am very much intrested in Ethical hackings , and to learn about the computer and programmings. In our college there is a club called AXILE club that teaches students how to write codes/programs in an efficient way. Our club helps us to solve the real life problems using coding. In our course we have lots of intresting and topics present , and our teachers helps us in every situations in a efficient manner. In our college two internal exams is done in a semester. internal exams are conducted by the college , and semester exams are conducted by the BPUT.

Our college provides lots of important internships for the students in both online and offline mode. These internships helps students to develop their skills and to achive great things in their field. Also these intenships program gives students some projects regarding their topics to enhance their knowledge . There are some internships companies that helps us like Internshala, Udemy etc for online mode and for offline mode some companies come to our college and give trainings to the students , If some students have the more skills or knowledge they can get preplacement by the company . Students can get stipend upto 15 to 20 thousand throung the internship.

From the 7th semester students can apply for the campus placement . And our oncampus placements are quite good and it is improving yearly . There are many reputed and big companies came to our college for placement likeAmazon, Airtel, TATA power, wipro , Infosys, Ultratech, Mahindra , Honda , etc. In our college the highest package was reached upto 13 lakh for cse student and the average package is around 3 to 5 lakh. The percentage of students getting placement is nearly 60% beacauce our college little bit new (established in 2009) but our college is improving every year. Once I got the degree I will appear for the suitable jobs with a good salary package.

Our college fee structure is much more relaible than any other government engineering colleges . In our college the fee structure is same for all the branches and that is 35000 only , which is quite less than any other government engineering colleges . The complete cost of our college is only 35000 including all the tution and service fees , for hostels you have to apply in the college and pay separate for the hostel fee. Our college provides some scholarships to help students financially, some of the main scholarships are Post-matric , Medhabruti etc which can gives upto 20000 per year and it can increase for the lower caste students.

Our college conducts lots of fests and programs like EXUBERANCE in whic the grand level of fest is done and it is the main stage where students shows their potentials , talents , knowledge , skills etc . Also our college conducts tech. fest , SAURIYA and many more events so that students can enjoy their engineering life and study so that they can creatye a good career. Our college have a central library that provides all kinds of books that is necessary for the students , you can also get the books for the competitive exams like GATE. In our college all the class rooms have the digital boards which helps the teachers to teach the students in a propper and interactive way. Our college has a SHADOW club that teaches students about the photography and this club runs the social media groups.

The hostels in our college is quite good, for girls there are two big hostels and for boys there are three big hostels. And the hostels are neat and clean with all time availability of water . In our hostel the meals are not that much of tasty but it is managable and for some special occasions they prepare special meals for the students. To get the admission in the hostel you have to apply for hostel during the college admission . I haven't tried the locality rented room because I got the college in campus hostel easliy. In our hostel two students can live in a single room , with the facilities of two tubelight, two bed, two chair .

To get into this goverment college you have to appear the JEE mains or OJEE entrance exam with a good percentile , and apply in the counceling process that is done by the OJEE , you can get all details in the OJEE website regarding the counceling prosess. In my time the cut-off of this college for computer science and engineering was around 5 lakh rank(for lower cast). you can get all the information regarding any engineering colleges in the OJEE website. There is some seats reserved for the lower cast students. I have appeared the JEE mains exam for which I have studied all the basics of 11th and 12th. The admission process is quiet relaible , because every things is mentioned in the OJEE website.
