- I like the positive attitude of our faculties that helped us to learn many new and exciting things
- Infrastructure of our college campus is very beautifully designed and it consists all the important facilities like- library, canteen, computer labs, etc
- Our college have a seprate admission block for queries of students regarding any problems in the education process
Dislikes
- I don't like the location of our college. It is a very poor locatity and we have to face many problems while going to the college
- The irregularity of many faculties. There are many teachers who are regular for the students in classes while there are a few who are inactive for classes
- Lack of few faculties in our classes always makes our college's rank low in front of others
Course Curriculum Overview
My course is History honours and i opt for it because history is my favourite subject It is my most preferred subject since my childhood and i love to study it. I was so happy when I got this course and I came here with a lot of hopes which were 80% fulfilled by my faculties. They are so professional in their work and are very good teachers. I've got to learn a lot from them Even when I wasn't ready to go to another state and study their, my faculties helped me out Curriculum of my course is pretty nice as it consists many of the topics that we've studied in our school and many new topics like History of USA is also added I am so glad that I got a chance to explore all the new study material and new teachers with different teaching attitudes The only problem is that sometimes the facilities don't come to class in time and even take long leaves, this many times effects the balance of studies The exams were normally difficult and were good according to time, difficulty and management
Fees and Financial Aid
The fees that I've to pay is pretty normal and very budget friendly But the amount that I've to pay for living here is very high like for home rent, food, travel, etc. I don't have much idea about campus employment opportunities but I know that there are not too many Scholarships are not there in our college There is no financial assistance too in our college
Campus Life
Our college campus is very beautiful and clean Classes lack few infrastructure but otherwise infrastructure of college is pretty nice Socially college promotes many activities that enables us to participate in various aspects of social life There are about 11 societies in our college of different interests like music, dance, fashion and art all these clubs are open to involve any student of the institute Every important infrastructure is provided by the college in the campus but few digital equipments still lacks in classes and labs too
Admission
I gave the exam of CUET through which I came to this college My score was 687 and that's why I got the course of History honours in this college The document verification process was all online and I had submitted my all documents online which were verified within few days of seat allocation I added the reservation certificate of SC and got its benifet in the CUET's seat allocation I am basically from Jammu and Kashmir so when I came here first time everything was perfectly organised and i properly managed Physical verification of documents was done again and it was also very convenient Then the exams came and we gave our exams which were also very properly taken. The exam was not so much difficult, it was nice and easy and everything was what we had studied In the admission process, I've seen many low scored students also got admission in our course which according to me was not fare. The cut off should be increased
