The number of colleges under its jurisdiction.
The encouragment towards cultural and technological festivals.
The main university has an enourmous campus.

Dislikes

The website is riddled with bugs. Although it gets fixed from time to time, it is never fully fixed.
The choice of instructors sent to my institute.
There is little to no placement options.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course takes quite an effort to understand even with teachers and reference books. Most of it outdated. Even if something is relevant, the topic gets redundant. There should be a teacher's guide aiding teachers on how to approach topics in class.

Class Size: 120Course Fees: INR 120000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure is simple and tuition-fees-waiver seats are a great addition. But the institute doesn't seem to be using the funds given or not in avisible way. Campus employement opportunity is low to nil, as far as I know.

Campus Life

Agni( esports), sports fest and festival celebration are some notable festivals. Along with the induction program held, the seniors are also very supportive and encouraging. The campus is very small and the student is also minimal. Thus, there is not a whole lot of side choosing when it comes to seniors.

Admission

The admission process is through utu counselling and I have taken the admission through JEE mains entrance scorecard The cutoff was around 1 lakh and i was under it . The admission process of utu is is very good and counseling fees is 2000 rupees

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this course because of its affordability and the teaching quality of this college is good . They helps in choosing the real life application based projects . Teaching methods are impressive but they don't provide notes . We have make notes by attending class regularly. Frequency and timings of exams are of 3 hrs. For each subject . Difficulty level is moderate and students can prepare it well in the gap days also .

IIT Roorkee is the best one can get on overall basis.

Placement Experience:

Campus placement starts in Semester 7 and 8 for can say, in the last of graduation. HUL,TCS, Microsoft,JP Morgan and many huge companies visit campus for placements. Highest pakage in placement goes around 1.5 crore annually to lowest pakage around 8 LPA. Companies mainly comes for SDE role. But apart that few comes for PM, Data Science, Consulting profiles as well.

I always loved coding and learning about new technologies. Also, jobs in CS/IT department are paid high. The faculty and student ratio is on the medium side. Faculties are highly qualified from IIT and top private colleges. They are very helpful and have a great pedagogy.

Remarks:

A very good college. There is no spoon feeding scene like that of private institute. As good ranking students are there you can have a good academic competition which will nurture your ability and groom to you be a better engineer.
