Course Curriculum Overview
This course is good for earning in fact you get to travel all over the world. Because of this reasons influenced me to do the course. It's really good course but you need to do the hard work in it. In this course teaching methods are also very good. The timing for exam is 3hours and the difficulty level in this 5/10
Placement Experience
The campus placement is like good in our college.Mostly companies come in 4th semester for boys to recruit and for girls it comes in1st sem only. The companies which visit us are msc, fleet, tom, shell,Pacific basin, dock n sell, msc, shevron and other. The percentage are 80%.
Fees and Financial Aid
My complete cost of education is 9 lakhs, there are many scholarship but not specific by college. The campus placement is also good. There which come for in our course like fleet management, sci, msc, Pacific basin, dockndell and others.
Campus Life
It was good campus life experience and there many annual function we attend in our college. The name of the annual fest was tempest and it was Asia's largest marine fest and it is held in February. The library is also good it provides us all books for free. The facilities of are also like good only, The sports are also good in our college.
Hostel Facilities
Hostel facilities are also good in this course. The facilities provided in the room are bed ,cupboard, desk for studying, a book shelf , a chair, and a balcony for air. The meal quality Is also good only. The hostel registration is included in admission fees.
Admission
In this field we have to first give an entrance exam called IMU CET For B. Tech (marine engineering) or any imu courses on that basis get to select colleges. In this cut off ratio is based on the rank of the candidates and the reservation benefit only availed in this process it helps cleared the rank. The time for exam is for 3 hrs. It takes too much while doing admission and registration it should improve.
Interview Experience
We gd Or pd for the admission test but we have written test for admission and it is if you studied well in 11th and 12th . The question in the written exam are basi of 11 and 12 and there is also gk questions are also there. The subjects you must study is pcm and gk.
