- Busy schedule and tight timing, the syllabus of the course is large and hectic

Course Curriculum Overview
This curriculum is a mixture of all engineering department. There will a lot to study. As this is a professional degree all the things will be used on board. Practical classes will also be there as it'll improve our understanding. Every sem will have seperate exm
Internships Opportunities
The intership opportunities are large , it is basically our choice to choose from them. You'll get a lot of opportunities in a lot of ports for intership across the nation you can choose from them. No need to worry about the opportunities
Placement Experience
As of my understanding the placements are going smootthly. 160 cadets will be smoothly placed out of a batch of 250.if you don't have a backlog then you'll surely get placed. Big companies throughout the world recruit from our college. You'll also get a package of nearly 7-8 lakhs in the starting.
Fees and Financial Aid
Fees is mentioned in the circular published by the university. It is around 11 lakhs for the btech course now. But as you'll have your own expenses beside all that so it'll atleast cost you around 12-13 lakhs min. As for current time there is no scholarship for men bute there is scholarship for women.
Campus Life
You'll get an average college life not so extravagant but a normal one. You'll have fests and sports. You'll have Batchmates around India so it'll help in your understanding of each culture. Overall the college days are fun if you utilize those nicely.
Hostel Facilities
Meal quality is good. Facilities are standard. Workshop equipments are old but it can be managed. You'll get a lot of sailing officers as instructora. They'll help you throughout the course. Overall good and normal.
Admission
You should have min 60%in your 12 exams and you should be from a science department. You can find the admission form from thhe imu site. You'll have to write the imu exams for admission. Yes, there are reservation benifits for backward castes. There are also reservation for lady candidates. The exams will be conducted two times a year. Study your physics and English portions nicely , it will help I'm the exams
