There is ganga river beside the college campus.so environment is very clean and green
Almost all professors are knowledgeable and experienced
Our college library is too good for self study and lot of books there

Dislikes

Rules and regulations are not so strict and disciplined
College campus is too short and library is also too short.
Some professors passes time in classes and don't teach well

Course Curriculum Overview

I think civil engineering is the best core branch for engineering btech.in this branch there is a lot of scopes in government job.there is a no of vacancies in government jobs every year.in civil engineering all topics are related to our daily life.so it's very interesting to learn

Internships Opportunities

I have done internship in GR infratech construction company on project Ganga path four lane elevated road.it was for 6 months.road length was 20 km and budget was 1300 crore.I have learnt a lot of things in internship.

Placement Experience

Students become eligible for campus placement after 6th semester.many national and international companies comes campus for recruitment for various vacancies.almost 80% students got placed in campus only in civil engineering.one who doesn't get placement prepare for government jobs.

Fees and Financial Aid

I am from OBC ncl category.so I have less fees in btech course.I pay 5000 per semester only for academic course.I pay 30000 per semester for hostel and mess fees.I have taken education loan of 2 lakhs from Bihar government through BSCC.

Campus Life

College campus is too short but too good also.There is ganga river beside the college campus.campus is environmental friendly.there is a lot of college fest happening per year in the campus.many celebrities come in the fest.

Hostel Facilities

I live in brahmaputra hostel alloted through college only.there is mess availability in hostel.food is so good.hostel is very clean and green.hostel looks so fabulous.there are some playground in hostel for playing.

Hostel Fee: INR 60000 per year

Admission

I had given JEE mains exam and scored 35000 rank in India.Then I have done Josaa counselling for admission in college for btech course.I got btech in civil engineering branch in nit patna for 2020-24.

Placements at NIT Patna Are good for cs e The students become eligible from 7th semester Average place fields is around 13 to 14 lpa Eld highest goes to 40 Around 85 to 95 Percent students get placed I plan to become a software developer after graduation

Motihari Engineering College in my Point Of View

Placement Experience:

From 7th semester students are eligible to seat and apply for campus placements . Eligiblity criteria depends on companies but if you have 7 CGPA ir more than that then you don't need to worry . Companies like Godrej, ACC,CDAC, BHEL, Infosys, WIPRO ,TCS etc. visited our college for campus placements. Highest package from our college is around 13 Lakh Per Annum and average placement is 3 to 4 Lakh Per Annum Its totally depends upon companies and their job profiles. There are almost 60 to 70 percentage student got placement ( In upper branches like CSE& AI percentage is slightly high otherwise it is quite low for civil and our branches) My plans after getting a degree that is I have to go for M.Tech from any IITs of India I am preparing hard for that.

The placement of this collage are not as good as it should have to be. Students gets as the average packlagge of around 4 to 5 lakh per annum. Branches like cse and ai also didnot get placements as it should have to be.Students depends on government vaccancies and offline placements like rozgar mela etc to got job. government should have to focus on these.

Genuine Review of Motihari Engineering College

Placement Experience:

From 6th semster you are eligible to sit in campus placement . There is companies like Infosys , TCS , De Walls Ads , Wipro, Congnizent, ACC visited our college for campus placements . They have limited offers with limited packages also they have some eligiblity criterias like students should have CGPA above than 7.5 . Highest package offered in our college is 13 LPA per annum by TCS for a CSE student and Average package is around 3.5 to 4 lakh per annum. There is highest placements in branches like CSE ,EEE andCIVIL. Other branches got less offeres. Totally 50 to 60 percentage students got placements from our college because majority lower branch students are preparing for government exams like SSC , UPSC, BPSC , DAROGA and GATE. My plans after getting the degree to go for highes studies (M.TECH) .

Motihari Engineering College in my Point Of Views

Placement Experience:

From 6th semester students become eligible for campus placements. There is companies like Wipro , Infosys, ACC, Copegimini, Congnizent, TCS visited our college for campus placements. There is very less number of offers given by companies and also there is almost negligible offers for Lower branches(like Mechanical and Civil) . There is highest 12.4 lakh per annum for a CSE student given by TCS and average salary of 4 LPA . There is only 50 to 60 percent students got placements in which majority are from CSE , CSE-AI , and EEE branches. My plans after getting the degree is doing M.tech from any reputed Colleges of India like some NITs or IITs depending to my Gate Score.

Here placement rate is 70%.Explore diverse options after B. tech, including software development, data science, and cybersecurity in private and government sectors. You can consider advanced degrees like MTech, MBA in IT, or PhD if you are wondering what to do after a BTech.

Placement Experience:

From 7 th semester students become eligible for cmpus placements . Thera are a few companies like HCL, TCS, Wipro, Infosys , Cisco ,Figma ,ACC and so on visited our college for campus placement but limited offers . Percentage of placements is arround 60 % which is very low but students are trying there best . Higher package was 12.4 LPA by Infosys as SDE and avrage package of 4 LPA. My plans are not taking plaement , I am preparing for gate 2027 .

Placement Experience:

The placement is not so good but if you work hard about study then you will be selected for campus placement. Many companies visit here. 40 percentage students approx get placement. I have to clear competitive exams after it.

Remarks:

Positive:- Very Good college and working very hard to become one of best college of Bihar. Negative:- Very few faculty of civil engineering in our College, the lab facility for 3rd and 4th year student is not available at all.

I choose an NIT patna Mainly because of its nit tag Decent placement record and affordability compared to private college. I had Also applied To a few other IIT Triple I I bought options in lower branch it is slightly Better late and similar budget in new nit. IT do not get to an empty slide 3G Surat Karan Warangal due to my jee main rank. So I choose the best available options based on my rank. The admission process is through Gmail followed by Joseph Counselling to be eligible student must have completed 12th with physics chemistry and mathematics most students prefer J Men as a primary exam for nits cut offs very Every year. I don't choose this college I have taken jossa counselling and by my rank I go to this collage And this is also a good colleges Note a bad thing. i have applied for other collays also like nit trichy nit jaipur and many more colleges but due to my rank differences I do not go to these colleges.
